Frosted window is not only about privacy but it can also scatter rays in different directions reducing the average amount of heat that enters the room. So its good choice for the bathroom. And the heat that enters will keep the bathroom dry always.
I didn’t think I’d like it but I do! It’s nice, it’s more spacious than I thought initially! Like the slanted walls too! Love the master bedroom and bathroom the most!
You would love Kenya very much. The weather is good all year round, lots of activities to fill up your time, and you would find it more affordable here compared to the US. Have you ever visited Kenya?
@@njambikiguta7 😂😂😂 he still thinks kids can be controlled by small small doors, he will learn when he gets there 🤣 not I’m there yet but I hear things 😅
It's a very beautiful house indeed however Willys made a valid point when he suggested a frosted glass door on the mainsuit bathroom area for privacy, and that's only if you have kids like me off course. Knowing my own kids, they would definitely barge in while my husband or I are in the bath tub and I imagine that would be very awkward and almost traumatizing especially since they are almost teens.

This is an awesome house. Love the use of different materials brings out the beauty. If I was to chose this and the other one you previously shared, I'd choose this 😅.
This should be the standard of building homes in Kenya. Use of a rain chain is smart. Steel frame structures are okay but for the 'Faraday cage effect' issue, (those of you who have entered a hospital in the US and realize just how hard it is to make a call with your phone or access internet know what the faraday cage effect is). Steel structures are easy to shape and mold into what you want them to be.
The way I've waited for you to show case this house 😀 ..... The roof is what you call a 'Butterfly roof' ... this house is awesome ... designed in a way space is utilized very well .... and I agree with Mansa ... unless you have very crazy kids, then a door at the primary bathroom will be required.
Haha, are you planning on building one like this? Personally, I did this tour because I’m borrowing ideas 😅. It’s a unique way and goes to show that bungalows can be cool.
Love the channel. I’m a new subscriber from USA. Can you take shot the hearing and cooling. If it’s gas/electric. I never hear you speak about it. Just shut opening the windows for a breeze.
It’s good to note that those maisonettes stand on 1/8th while this one stands on a 1/4 acre. So it’s all about what you value in terms of interior and exterior space. Personally, I will take this over the 28M maisonettes any day any time.
what a structural marvel give credit to the architect well done finishes , i know we watch yur videos from all over the world therefore our opinions will differ. my down side for this house concrete roof in limuru will be too cold, the area is not exactly 1/4 and the price i think is a bit up. for me this would be a perfect air bnb at the cost somewhere but nice videos and thanks for showing us.
From what I see in your productions, you MUST be a big fan of Enes Yilmazer just like me. You doing good bro, slow but sure we will support you reach top.
That kabench in the master bathroom, that is where kids sit waiting for you to get out of the tub. Kids and privacy cannot be in the same sentence. But at least they can try to sit... Try, not a guarantee, but try😂
Hello mansa , the only issue I have is that house is overpriced, 34million for a bungalow is too high maybe a maisonette, it's worth close to 25million,also the concrete roof makes the indoors cold, so the house should have fireplaces. 😅
They have actually have maisonettes going for 28M. The major difference is the land, the maisonettes stand on an 1/8th while the bungalow stands on a 1/4. As for the roofing, if you went with mabati only it would definitely be cheaper, but it wouldn’t have such a seamless look.
For the tall gas cylinder is 50kg. Also Love your videos mostly the conversation between you and wills, I think have one video a week is okay but what is better than one video as you said two videos a week 😊😊

Stunning I see the raised the prices ! Limuru is beautiful and Tilisi has beautiful homes
Yes they did. The new prices are quite high, but their work is still commendable.
Any house that's over 30 million should have a dishwasher .
Would definitely be a good plus.
For me from 20 million,,,, I shouldn't be getting any appliances unnless the finishings are all luxury and mostly imported for uniqueness,,,

finally a bungalow that is giving many mainsonettes a run for their money...worth the price
That’s for sure Linda, especially seeing that the design is a huge departure from the usual kikuyu gothic architecture.
The asking price for the house appears to be on the higher side. That price needs to be reviewed, or is there something I am not getting please.

what is the advantage of having a slab as the roof?
