Amazing how this is one of the iconic mansions ever featured by Mansa Plus but it's the most affordable considering what it offers and its location. Come on🙂, Nature✅, Modernity✅, Elegance✅, lighting✅, space✅, I mean this house has it all. We should appreciate the developer. For me, It is worth to be called A DREAM HOME.
This is one of the iconic mansions to ever have been built in Kenya. It is TIMELESS, simple yet ELEGANT. The finishing is beautifully done. The attention to detail; tonnes of natural light, the angles and texture, how the picture windows are effortlessly crafted in, the sunken living room leading directly into the outdoor space, that master bedroom is the cherry on top. I could go on and on picking out all the details that make this house an award-worthy home. The environment is giving. It is one of the most peaceful gated communities we ever had. And above all, they hit the PRICING just right. The estate reminds me of developments in North Carolina. VALUE FOR MONEY in all aspects. Next you should tour Deerpark Karen
Thank you so much Chris for this detailed comment. You have outlined it so well. I love it. Once there is an available unit at Deerpark, I will tour it. It’s high on my list.
wow. guys/... this is such a nice one ....and yeah the fireplace with the socket from last time really was a no no.....this is beautiful... karen is whatsup... keep it up guys...

Thank you so much Kilonzo. We love the house too. It’s a timeless design and fits the location perfectly. Haha, nimemtaja mpaka akakuwa part of the show without you guys knowing her. I had given up hope in Kenyan architectural tastes till I saw this. One of the better done houses especially for the price. I've seen some houses featured here going for 165M that are but a collection of a concrete joke! The stone cladding and exterior paint especially on the backyard wall could've been better done but definitely one of the better designed and built houses
The house is really beautiful, I love that all the space has been put to good use. The primary bedroom, hiyo sasa ndio mambo yote! Awesome show guys, keep up the marvellous work!
I can't get the thought of reading ''Things fall apart'' or just some nice book in such an environ. It's like a character would just appear in reality and walk right at your door step. JUST SENSATIONAL.@@MansaPlus
Perfectly executed guys. This is one of the best because it's within my reach (Zanzibar house was a dream kama movie, kama drama) and the design was elegant the architecture turned it to home living not just a house. I could live there for life maybe add a pool and BBQ area.
So true, man. Considering I'm a nature guy who would absolutely enjoy having that kind of space to create a garden as well, waking up to the views of green all around. It's the perfect dream house in my opinion 💯💯and for what seems like a bargain

Thank you so much for this. I was trying to remember the word “accordion” when I asked Willys what they are called 😅. In front of the camera a lot of freezing and evaporation happens. But we are getting there, slowly. Once we start expanding the team, you would be a good plus for sure.
Happy to see another of your comment. Thank you so much Joan. It’s unfortunate that developers leave out such important appliances, though I might add that for newer developments, dishwashers are common.
Thank you, the house stands out. Unfortunately, there aren’t many furnished houses to keep us going. So we do with what is available. I just hope more developers will invest in staging.
I think the best place I am yet to see especially primary bedroom and staff quarters. The one you did at Loresho was good but this one is better but I am surprised at the price difference.

To the cameraman, can you try shooting in manual mode? That camera struggles when you make the transition from a well lit area to a not-so-well-lit area. Just my 2 cents.
The house is gorgeously done however the Kitchen is my biggest disappointment interms of functionality, hear me correctly! it's still a beautiful and big kitchen but were is the stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher? I would expect to see atleast those appliances on a house that costs that much and I don't even see a space were you would fit a stove. I have also seen nicer Pantry areas in houses that cost less. Needless to say the house is still stunning.

That's a beautiful kitchen it is unfortunate its hidden . Would definately redo it to open it up, to allow the flow into the dining otherwise well spaced house.
Just my thinking. Something else I'd do is to do a wet kitchen where the laundry area is and move the laundry elsewhere. I'm a big fan of your videos and you're definitely headed for greatness..only problem I have is that you flashback to previous houses you've visited to point out a negative thing..I feel like if you don't criticise it at that time then forever hold your peace..its like meeting someone and raining praises on them then later when they're not there you say bad things about them..😅
Haha, thank you Rahab. Maybe you can see it from a point of offering the ‘better alternative’. At the end of the day, we are trying to learn and better the houses going forward and sometimes you have to look back, point out both the positives and negatives so as to sink in the point. Also, we don’t just praise, we normally point out things that could have been done better, so your analogy is slightly wrong.
@MansaPlus yes, but aren't you also trying to sell the house..or should we always disregard the previous one once we move on to the next one?..I have watched most of your videos and I know that you don't just praise a house you also point out what could be done better, like the dining room sinks that Mak and Willis don't like 🤭..but somehow it still feels wrong to point out the bad things after you've left there(especially if you didn't mention that thing when you were there)..anyway, I'm a huge fan so I come in peace✌
@@rahabmirie8977 believe me you, people buy into the honesty. I understand it’s not a concept many people are used to, but it has worked for us. And most people renovate the houses when they buy them so some of our pointers are what they use as they carry out the renovations.
