It is the first time I try pilates and the first time I do guided yoga in english (i’m from spain!). I have to say that I was a bit afraid about the possibility of not understand very well, but instead it is easy and funny!!! Thank you so much!! I want to do more of your videos!!!! 🧡

Love, loved this one! As always, you my fave! This one was a good mix and kept me focused and interested. I love putting some extra cardio into my yoga practice as sometimes it gets repetitive and I am not as into it. The stronger I am getting, the more I want to "switch" it up or add more spice..so this one is definitely on track with that! Question for you...what do you feel is better - doing a yoga practice before my weight/cardio workouts or should it be the other way around..that is if I want to do both in my day, or back to back. Thanks again another amazing practice - you rock!🤩🥵
Hi Kimberly, so glad you enjoyed it 🤗 If the sessions were separate, I wouldn’t worry too much. If I was doing them back to back I would personally do the weights sessions first to have maximum energy/power to lift. X
