Good morning. Many thanks for this video cause it’s it’s really helpful. also we could consider age… it’s important in general to know what is good for your health. Basically 👍
These two were experts, but they are 'not with times' as they are still saying to eat lots of fibre, vegetables which have been proven to be difficult to digest. The key is to have a diet which is at least 80% protein and as low a carb diet as possible. These guys should follow and watch Dr Sten Ekberg, Dr Eric Berg, Dr Ken Berry, Dr Fung etc....who do 'deep dives' into the science.
Some of this info is wrong. Not sure where these two have been for the past 10 years or so! Humans are not supposed to eat fibre and vegetables as they are very hard to digest (hence not sure why they say its good for your gut!?). Humans are meant to eat meat, and lots of it. Too many people are eating too much carbs/sugars including oats which is high on the glycemic index! The carbs turn onto glucose inside your body which spikes insulin and so we go on. Guys, get with the time, red meat is nutrient dense and is good for you. The carnivore diet has been proven clinically to reduce inflammation, reverse T2D, can reverse some cancers, can cure depression etc.... I eat meat, bacon, eggs, sausages, cheese, pork, chicken each and every day. I have no carbs. I am 57 years of age, and my cholesterol levels are normal. I excercise every day and full of energy. I sleep better, have better moods, no bloating or anything. With this 'normal human diet' I have a body most men would want. Ps my first meal of the day is usually around 2pm as i do intermittent fasting. I also have a few teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in water as this has been proven to ensure your gut is the correct acidity to digest food. However, I do have one cheat day per week, providing I am strict for the other six days. Get with the times guys!
I can't eat bean and peas I get sick neither cabbage and any vegetables in that family. Flour both wheat and white makes me sick. My grandma, father ate meat and ground provisions . Mum pass of natural causes at almost 100yrs. Pops is still living close to ninety and is perfectly healthy 👌

I’ve always liked the Lorraine Kelly show. It reminds me of being off sick from school and watching daytime TV as a very rare treat.

This is a great message to keep your food natural, the money you spend on ultra processed food can go on healthy options instead

Isn't this they guy who told people to wear a mask while swimming in the sea through covid?
I've tried many brands, but Planet Ayurveda always feels the most authentic. Bilgiri Churna has really worked well for me.
He joined the board of a pharmaceutical company just before the pandemic 😎
