His video is always excellent! I am not exaggerating but it’s the reality! If you all follow and listen to him carefully, believe me, you will pass any job interview. That’s what I did! I looked at many online videos but his video is the best. I listened to his video for my job interview and I passed it confidently and I offered a job!

Excellent video! It covers fully the 3 main assessment areas of a face-to-face interview! You may develop another one for virtual interviews (eg through Zoom, Webex or MS Teams) especially with a variation of the 1st area of assessment (eg what could replace the assessment of handshaking in a virtual interview?). Lastly, you also connect this video with other successfull ones of yours (mock interview video). Thanks, Richard!

@CareerVidz How does this differ if the position being applied for is a managerial promotion within a government agency already employed by? This is an upcoming test (or banding) interview. Not for the position just yet, but I would like to score very high to increase my chance of getting in band 1. It’s a bit awkward when you already know many of the managers and administrators conducting the interviews. Any videos, specific tips, on conducting yourself or how to stand out in this situation? Thanks!

It depends on the hiring manager and the other candidates. I would suggest a score of 70 would be good enough. Good luck!
