    can i use these for the 400m? i was looking for very lightweight spikes for the 400 and these seem to be the lightest

    Is it still good for race 3200?

      I personally think it's a bit aggressive for a 3k race. I'd prefer something with a bit more heel cushioning if going over 1500m. If you always land on your midfoot, you might be ok but if you're a heavy runner or heel striker, I'd avoid. Hope that helps! 👍🏃‍♂️

      Personally, I'd go for the LD5k. The build looks the same as the MD800 but looks like they would give you more cushioning. I don't own the LD5k spikes so can't comment on performance but should be more appropriate for the distance you want to run than the MD800.
