There they had no question that Max was in the wrong, as that portion of the corner will always close in that way, due to how the cars go through the corner. Also similar to Hamilton on Albon in Brazil, Lewis stuck a nose into a gap that never really existed, same thing with Piastri.

    Literally.
We were at Friday’s practice and qualifications for the Canadian Superbike Championship double round at Atlantic Motorsport Park( the province pictured in his tweet( X?)), and we were watching the radar in addition to watching the rain fall all around us. That was mainly to see how close the lightning was getting as we( the marshals) kept requesting for pulling the plug on track activities.
It was all for naught, as the torrential downpour washed out the only bridge giving access to the track, and both race days were cancelled, with Corner 6 under water, and the inside gravel trap for Corner 7 having migrated to cover the entry to 7 to a depth of six inches in places.
The stranded Ontarians were of little concern to our intrepid Premier, until he found out that there were impressionable Ontarians stranded at AMP, and they had a temporary bridge installed by late Sunday evening.
On the plus side, it was a local racer that won the “National Slip n’ Slide” round, giving comfort to all who were missing Saturday Night Jeopardy.
