    Richard Jolly, Adjunct Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School, speaks about building personal and organisational resilience at Reunion 2016.
    This session explores the personal challenges of coping with the demands of a ‘hurry sick’ lifestyle to ensure that you are focused on your key priorities and building the necessary behaviours and attitudes. But this is not just about your own ability to cope - it is about what you can do to help build a more resilient organisation around you: one able to adapt to the changes in its environment effectively.

    Great lecture. As most lectures by Richard are. Nice to have them in TH-cam!

    What a remarkable man, he makes us question our motivations and actions, a breath of fresh air.

    Dr. Richard Jolly is excellent speaker and covered this very important topic that is applicable in my life. Key take aways that he covered on his'Taking action to cope' slide:
    * Take more control of your time and mental energy
    * Spend time for your own renewal
    * Own your own decisions an trade-offs
    * Aim for clear, realistic goals
    * Create ‘non-negotiables’ - boundaries
