    6 tips
    1. Yes, we can.
    2. Problem first,not product
    3. Think narrow, not broad.
    4. Ask for the cash, ride the float.
    5. Beg, borrow. (but don’t steal)
    6. Never ask for permission (Beg Forgiveness Later) ❤
    4 Questions
    1. Which of these mindsets are embodied in you now?
    2. Which others can you learn?
    3. Which can you teach to those with whom you work?
    4. Is there one that you can apply to challenge you are facing today?

Love your content Mr. John. We need proper ways to be successful businessmen.
I will also speak in TEDx on 12th November 2025 & give motivation & the strength of willpower to live a successful life. Many people know but rare people believe. Getting inspiration from the real-life story is the booster for anyone to achieve what they want.

From watching a lil bit of this, I feel like this is therapy for me I guess from having basic job experiences I guess the education test was to identify what the problem is. I guess for me like a customer service example well the problem is if I hadn't dealt with a 80 year old family stick and haven't seen the dude then the problem is the shift changes while the customer has no idea or doesn't understand the whole toxic roundabout and what the employee has to go through and can't to anything about stuff

This is ridiculously basic... The first one alone "Yes we can" should require major investigation. This is a very dangerous "mindset" for an entrepreneur, IMO. Rule #1 should be "to be very wary and skeptical of people like this", probably well-meaning but someone who somehow only serves the sweetest part of the cherry they picked. People are different, businesses are different, customers are different... With that said, some of the "tips" I agree with, especially 4, 5 and 6... but I think they're just common sense. I think first thing would be to figure out what kind of entrepreneur you want to be and why. What do your goals look like and why? Who are you helping and why? There would still be a lot to learn about yourself and the business and how to grow or meet your definition of success. There's a lot of ways to be an entrepreneur. Nothing wrong with advice and tips but they should be taken with a grain of salt to see if they work for you. Nike might be a much different company if they had said "Yes, we can" to someone asking for more comfortable tap shoes and lost focus on their goals.
