  • More power and better MPG’s! Is this the sporty SUV to buy in 2024?

Hi, are the power seat controls only for the driver's seat or are they for both front seats?

Excellent review! I’m really liking this Tuscon N Line Hybrid. Just wished it would get that magical 40 mpg combined. I have a 2021 Elantra Limited Hybrid. It gets great gas mileage, about 50 combined. The idea of an SUV that gets good mileage, is a plus. Your reviews are very thorough. I really like that way, you show every detail, about the cars you review. Especially, going over the window sticker. Your review in the 2023 Kona SEL Electric, is a main reason why we bought it be for my wife. We love it so far. Keep up the great reviews!

Beautiful Tucson. Love the wheels. I really like the sharp lines shown on the side view. Glad to see that they moved the rear wiper up under the foil. Low mounted turn signals are hard to see especially if you drive a truck. A nice size vehicle for commuting to work and back or running around for groceries. Easy to drive and easy to park (when you can find a space). Nice dash with gauge cluster and infomat layout. Seems to drive and handle just great. Sure, worth a look and drive if you are in the market. Thanks for the review, Mike.

The N-line is a cosmetic package. It offers the exact same HP as all lthe other trims for the Tucson hybrid,

Spend 1500 more and buy the Ticson Hybrid Limited Trim, it's a much nicer vehicle with a lot more standard goodies. The N Line Hybrid has the same HP and Torque rating as all the Tucson Hybrids.

its amazing -no commentary on HOW the Hybrid works -----does it start in Electric and how long does it remain in electric --when does it shift to gasoline ----how can you revies a Hybrid without any of this info-----?????????

    • @wolfshanze5980

When talking about a Hybrid, remember there are four modern drive trains:
      1) ICE (gas only)
      2) Hybrid aka HEV (gas with some elec help)
      3) Plug-in Hybrid aka PHEV (Elec with a gas engine to help)
      4) EV (electric only).
People don't talk about "range" until PHEV or EV... on a Hybrid you're primarily driving on gas, the electric randomly kicks in every so often for a mile or two to save on gas. You don't have control of driving on electric on a HEV... that's something you worry about on a PHEV, not an HEV.

    No spare tire?

Only on the ICE Tucson not the Hybrid.. but there is room under the trunk cover for a spare if you want to add one.

hate the low turn signals, single exhaust looks horrible and no 360 cameras, need to go to the kia Sportage prestige with 2 12 inch screens then it would be killer

They are supposedly doing updates sometime 2024 and it’s going to get same as Sportage.
