Video well done, I have a 24 Tucson, same color, but it is a two-wheel drive. and not a Hybrid. I agree with its smoothness and it gets up and goes. The Infor screen is very touchy and cumbersome while driving. I do have a volume control on the left part of the steering wheel so I feel a volume button is not necessary. As a non-hybrid and only two wheel drive my average gas millage ranges from 25- 30 miles per gallon. At least that is what the screen says. One feature you didn't cover was the speed limit control. This fancy electronic car, if you set your speed control to the speed limit and put on that option (I don't because I have a heavy foot) the vehicle will reduce its speed to accommodate the lower speed limit you approach. Having your car always at the speed limit may save you from costly traffic tickets. The only other thing you didn't cover was the app which you can put on your cell phone that tells the gas consumption, whether the car is locked or not and the milage lef to in your gas tank. It probably covers more but I'll wait for you to explain that on another video. You have given me a lot of insight on my new 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited. Thank you

When accelerating from a stop, sometimes it feels like I'm being rear-ended...but nobody is behind me. Sometimes the takeoff feels like a gradual bump from behind. I try to remember to disengage the ISG button the first thing after starting the car. Does it sometimes feel like you're being rear-ended when taking off from a stop. My daughter has a '23 SEL and she just experiences a gradual 'bump' when taking off. We bought our 2024 Tucson Limited in Dec. '23. We currently have around 6,300 miles on the car. We've had two other strange things happen since owning this car. When starting from a stoplight, I couldn't get the car to go over 20 mph. I noticed that the cruise control was set to 20 mph. It was green and there was no way to turn it off. I pulled into a parking lot and rebooted the car. Problem solved. The other thing that has happened three times also has to do with accelerating after a stop. I would press the gas and just barley take off. I floored it and it ever so gradually increased speed until it started feeling normal. But after another stop it did the same thing. So once again, after a stop, I rebooted the car and that fixed the issue. Have you ever heard of that? Last thing I noticed from your video is that you have a driving mode for snow. I don't have that. Is that something just for vehicles with all wheel drive?

I have a black interior and somehow it looks more upscale than this two tone in the Limited. I thought about the Limited because I really wanted the memory seat (my 10 year old trade in had those) but Limited would have been around $1500 more and I didn’t like that in that model you get matte black wheel trim vs. same paint color in the NLine. I guess it’s all about trade-offs. Overall, I’m very happy. Not thrilled that in 2024 I got USB-A v. USB-C. Also, I bet most peeps would trade moon roof for powered seats for both the driver and passenger, and heated steering wheel and memory seats.

Good video .I just bought an SEL 24 and I found at least three things I did not know,...One thing is PLEASE speak SLOWER on what critical buttons do ! slow it down a little .
The volume control on the steering wheel is the answer to your volume control knob issue. I myself think knobs are antiquated features in cars…I’m that old…
I just got the 2024 2wd Limited. This is a great video. I learned a couple of things about the car. One thing you got wrong was the MODE button on the steering wheel, you can choose multiple features to cycle thru. You were right about the star button it’s just one feature.
Exactly which engine in the Tucson was tested? Three different engines with three different Horesepower and Torque ratings, makes for three completely different 0-to-60 ratings.
I have a car that does have a volume knob. Fine, but I find that I use the volume control on the steering wheel the vast majority of the time. In other words, I'd be ok without a volume knob.
just bought a hybrid limited last weekend. i may just have not figured it out yet but the one thing that i am very disappointed with is this is the only vehicle i have ever had with programable seats where the mirrors don't also reset. If my daughter has had the car and i jump in and hit setting #1, the seats go back to my settings, but the side mirrors do not. Unacceptable on a loaded limited. bad enough there are no power fold in mirrors. If i am missing a setting somewhere let me know.
I thinks it’s supposed to save the seat and mirror settings too. Maybe the second driver was not programmed right. Just a thought. I have the 2022 limited and I think my husband uses setting 2 and it saved all of his settings.
Does yours have the obnoxious alarm when backing up? I just bought the N-line hybrid too. In the US, mine didn’t come with a heated steering wheel. It didn’t matter since I spend the winters in Florida. The only thing I miss is the 360 camera for parking help. The rear backup camera doesn’t help to keep from running into things since there’s no beeps. I got used to the Limited version I keep in Florida.
I’m thinking about getting the hybrid version of this car. I am concerned that the rear turn signal lights are very low down on the rear bumper. Is there any problems with accidents caused from other drivers not seeing that you are signaling a turn?
Would this be a good option for someone re-learning how to drive? I got my license as a teen and I've kept it up to date but my anxieties have kept me from driving again shortly after that (I'm in my late 30 now). I'm a very nervous person. Would this car be a good option for someone like me?
I just bought this 2024 SUV. I thought that I could change the speedometer to a digital readout. My 2014 Honda Civic had that and i really liked it. I miss it.
you can!! My hyundai sonata 2022 does it. I ALWAYS have it set to a digital speedometer. I feel blind without it lmao so im assuming their even newer cars must have it too. on your steering wheel there's a menu button. click thru to find the right menu then use the "ok" switch that goes up or down. if you cycle thru it you can have it on the digital speedometer. look it up and it should be possible . goodluck :-)
It does have the digital speedometer. I keep that one all the time. On a trip I’ll go through the mpg, travel time, etc. but I always go back to showing the digital speed.
I have looked at two different dealers MSRP's and they were over 39K. Another one was 44K. Is that price difference accessories or market value upgrade?
When I purchased my '23 these mark ups come from the dealership, unfortunately. 🙄 Those can include resistall (protective coating), tinted windows, dock fees etc. anyway for dealerships to make their money 😢
To add my comment about the Transmission ….. I think a CVT is the best option for this type of vehicle. IT IS MORE FUEL EFFICIENT and has a much smoother ride as you do not have to contend with feeling the vehicle shifting ALL of the time. Keep it simple and efficient with a CVT.
I do not like all the extras do not need any of that just doubles the price of the vehicle with more thing that will go wrong . I own a Tucson 2006 model it still going strong in 2024.
@@1976axerhandsince when? Dude, if you're going to lie, at least try and not sound like an uneducated hater. They haven't produced a bad engine in a long time, current engines are very reliable (unlike the massive recalls on CURRENT Toyota engines). If you hear a current story about a bad Hyundai engine, it's about a 10yo Hyundai car. You're an uneducated fool who doesn't know what he's talking about... get with current times, modern Hyundais have reliable engines... it's Toyota with the massive engine recalls right now.
Helpful and thorough video but may I suggest it is simply too long and verbose. Would be better with some editing &/or advance preparation for a more succinct, efficient review.
Terrible powertrain in the ICE model. No matter the mode, there is that slight hesitation or drag when giving it a little gas. It's not underpowered so it is very annoying. Not being mechanically inclined at all, it seems either the throttle is giving too much gas, the motor is producing too much power or the CVT just can't keep up or maybe all of the above. Whatever it is the thing is just tuned very poorly. It should not have this issue at such low speeds or from a complete/rolling stop. Probably won't entertain purchasing another Hyundai without major improvements.
Had this car for 2 years and been driving it state to state. It is VERY reliable and affordable maintenance

I just bought a 2024 Tucson N-Line hybrid in Canada 🇨🇦..Great Car.
Congrats!
Congratulations 🎊 i booked one too. What is the fuel efficiency you got?
Does yours have the obnoxious alarm when backing up? I just bought the N-line hybrid too. In the US, mine didn’t come with a heated steering wheel. It didn’t matter since I spend the winters in Florida. The only thing I miss is the 360 camera for parking help. The rear backup camera doesn’t help to keep from running into things since there’s no beeps. I got used to the Limited version I keep in Florida.
Can you drop the link for that product you recommend to clean the screen?

Great review
This kind of SUV should have AWD from lowest trim level as standard. Overall pretty good SUV. Greetings
Should def have AWD standard on this trim
I’m thinking about getting the hybrid version of this car. I am concerned that the rear turn signal lights are very low down on the rear bumper. Is there any problems with accidents caused from other drivers not seeing that you are signaling a turn?
I wouldn't see an issue with that if the driver behind you is paying attention like they should be
Is the 24 much different then the 22 year model
Would this be a good option for someone re-learning how to drive? I got my license as a teen and I've kept it up to date but my anxieties have kept me from driving again shortly after that (I'm in my late 30 now). I'm a very nervous person. Would this car be a good option for someone like me?
I think you'd feel comfortable driving this
Volume knob ! Yes pease!!
love this!!!!
Great information!
You can set the cluster view to digital MPH or KPH if you change "units"
It does have the digital speedometer. I keep that one all the time. On a trip I’ll go through the mpg, travel time, etc. but I always go back to showing the digital speed.
4 years into it, it will fall apart? Longevity is the key, not how flashy on the first day.
Great Video. Thanks
Does it have a babymode ?
I hate the look of the net back pockets behind the front seats. Why not leather
Would you be able to review the 2024 Hyundai Elantra SEL Convenience or Limited?
Let me see what I can do
Btw - because of this comment, I’m reviewing the Elantra SEL Convenience right now
Yayyyy thank you
What about the anti lock
To add my comment about the Transmission ….. I think a CVT is the best option for this type of vehicle. IT IS MORE FUEL EFFICIENT and has a much smoother ride as you do not have to contend with feeling the vehicle shifting ALL of the time. Keep it simple and efficient with a CVT.
One more thing to break.
Is this a hybrid model or standard gas engine?
⛽️
Also life time free Blue Link :)
Good presentation
I do not like all the extras do not need any of that just doubles the price of the vehicle with more thing that will go wrong . I own a Tucson 2006 model it still going strong in 2024.
I love technology and all of the new features. It’s still a competitive price for a car in it’s class.
How do you set the ambient lights?
In the lighting settings.
One day. I buy a 24' Hyundai Tucson Limited.
I hope you are rich...... Hyundai and Kia still have not fixed the bad engines..........
First thing I look for as a senior is the shift column. You take too long to get to it.
I also will miss the standard shift column. In my Murano it is where I rest my hand during long trips.
Hyundai ❤
How does this compare to CX-5?
Hmm. I like Mazdas styling better, but this has more tech stuff: Digital screen, pano roof, etc
@@703Speed which one has quieter interior?
Is this a suv?
BEAUTY FULL SUV
The only problem I see with it is it’s under powered. Put four adults in it you can time it with a sun dual lol.
Fantastic bargain
Does it have a spare tire
Yes, it has a spare tire. The hybrid does not, it has a tire mobility kit.
Very informative. Tha ks
thanks
Does the front passenger seat fold forward to where its flat?
