Farlim , an area that boomed in the 1990s, has not seen a new project for quite some time, and MANDARIN RESIDENCES has chosen to be launched for sale at the end of 2023.
Ayer Itam and Paya Terubong are basically self-occupied areas, and Farlim is no exception. Many people born in the 1980s spent their youth here. 应该是要的。其实这个公园也是contribute 给所有当地的人。MANDARIN 屋主也可以一起用。

感觉showroom做大了。850sqft感觉不像
cpLFG, 多少差别一定是有的。showroom是有装修及美化过，所以叫showroom。 有些人不明白的会在拿房时感觉自己的房子跟showroom不一样， 原因也包括wall to wall 的计算会增加一些砖块应有的厚度下去。 一般在SPA合同里有一条是尺寸少过1square meter 就会有赔偿。
如果要跟交房一模一样的叫mock up unit， 通常建完才会有一间在里面。
据说solok zoo 1 那片空地要拿来起condo 是不是真的？

其实不出奇的， 不管在哪里只要遇到发展的时机基本上空地都会用来发展/盖楼。
AYER ITAM 也好久没发展了，这也是一次不错的机会升级这地点。
