    好喜欢这一个project❤ penang 越来越少有这一些low density 的condo 了, 而且在华人地区! 走路又可以到pulau tikus, 美食中心, 距离shopping mall 也那么靠近😊

    Michael for Malaysian, who need a big hot sunny balcony 9 by 30 ft???? Most local love big store room and wardrobe correct or not? Kitchen cooking belacan or spices will fill your condo with oily smell. BSG is an old reputable developer but why design like Englishman?

      Hi HockSeng , to me is depends on different living behaviour and different age moment needs . And for sure Codrington is not target 1st home buyer market , it more look like a collections to buyer than own more than a property , more on enjoy lifestyle owner who can afford this kind of life . I also believe developer know well in their journey , they have so many project in different places ,most of their products come with correct target and good response.
