Made these last weekend. Everyone loved them! I used 1 1/4 cup flour instead of 1 1/2 cup. I believe you mentioned to use that amount in another post. My 2 cups of add-ins were 1 cup walnuts and 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate. Will definitely be making these to give family/friends over the holidays. Thanks for the recipe! 😊
I've used this exact blondies recipe from this video. I get rave reviews from my family 👪 when I make them. I add white chocolate chips and do a little fun piping on the top. The possibilities are endless. This recipe is a home run for something from scratch from 🏡. Try it . You'll love them and reuse the recipe or great dessert to bring to a party. Enjoy!
Made these today. Thank you thank you! Very easy and very delicious. I used butterscotch chips and walnuts instead of white chocolate. Thank you again so much for this recipe.
OMG! "Once you go blondies, you never turn back." That's what I´'m thinking right now after the first delicious chewy bite. It´s one of my fave apart from pecan pie. Thanks a lot for sharing this recipe!
These are the best ever!! I’ve made them 3x and tonight I’m making them again! Literally the easiest recipe for a fantastic blonde brownie bar!! Yum!!❤
I made these today and they did not disappoint! They were buttery and delicious! I didn’t use the nuts but put the white chocolate chips in and yummy!! 😋 Thank You!
I saw your video last night and decided to try it.. they came out perfect, mind you it's the first time I'm making and tasting it. Looking forward to trying out your other recipes.😊
So in love with this video makes me want to snatch the blond or right out of your hand 😭❤️ looks so moist and chewy . DEFINITELY TRYING ! Hope you see this much love
Sorry I had to make tonight & came out wonderful. Instead of using white chocolate chips I used 2 cups off walnuts grinded up & I didn't have the corn starch so I used extra fluor
@@SugarSpunRun so I gave it a go I had to leave them in the oven a little longer as they were still runny in the centre they’ve ended up a little crunchy at the edges but cooked eventually ! they taste great to say I’ve never baked in my life I’m really impressed I have enough stuff left over to have another go so hopefully I can improve on the next go
Thank you so much for this recipe, so simple and my blondies turned out great ! I love the contrast between the walnuts and the chewiness of the blondie
wanna try this. Question.... 1. do you use the fan in the oven or not? 2. What is the purpose of the cornstarch? 3. Any substitute for 13x9? 4. At what time did you take out your blondies from the oven yourself? 5. How long does this last in the ref and in the freezer? Thanks for sharing!
I use a conventional oven setting not the convection setting. The cornstarch helps with the texture. I'm not sure what you mean by substitute for the 9 x 13 pan? You could use a different pan you just may need to adjust the recipe and bake time for whatever pan you choose to use. I do give the bake time in the video. The blondies don't need to be refrigerated. They will be good at room temperature for 4-5 days. In the freezer they will be good for several months. I hope that helps! :)
Just made these, they’re so good especially since I don’t like chocolate that much but I like brownies so I wanted to try a vanilla version of brownies lol. Liked👍
Hi, I don't have corn starch- do I really need it? Also- I have regular flour but I also have almond flour, can I do half ap flour and half almond flour? I also want to blend in ground coconut, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, and a little nutmeg- hope that's ok! 🤗💜🌷
The cornstarch helps with the texture of the blondies. You can use additional flour if you choose to leave it out. I’m not sure how baking with almond flour goes. I imagine it’s a “thirstier” flour so your blondies may end up a little dry. You can certainly stir in a few extras but you’ll want to be careful to not overload the dough. 😊
@@SugarSpunRun they were amazing yummmm next time I will try to put less granulated sugar. It was a bit too sweet for me but was still super delicious Thank you 😊
@@SugarSpunRun thanks. I made these yesterday and due to using a 9 inches square tin (batter would fill a higher level and blondies would be a bit deeper and thicker) it took almost 45 minutes to be cooked perfectly and fudgy in the middle. I used white chocolate chips and dried cranberries for the mix-ins.. great recipe and very delicious blondies. Will try your brownies recipe next week hopefully : )
Great recipe! I would like to add fresh raspberries, macadamia nuts, and white chocolate chunks. Sticking to the 2-cup adding rule, what proportion would you use?
