OK, stop the internet already! These are now officially THEE best blondies ever. I have made dozens before but I have to say that these turned out the best I've ever made. I made them exactly as described in the recipe but just added a sprinkling of tiny freeze-dried raspberry pieces and they were so fudgy. Divine 💖
I've been on a quest for the best blondie recipe for a couple of years, sometimes getting close, but feeling it could still be improved. This recipe has put an end to my search. I brown the butter (if you haven't heard of it, look it up, it adds the most incredible flavour) and I swap the nuts for more chocolate, which I chop chunky, as I'm not a fan of nuts in blondie.
Made these last weekend, 22 minutes in a 10-inch square pan and browned the butter. Wowee they were so delicious and not too sweet at all! My fiancé, in laws and colleagues hoovered them up in record time! Sticking this one in the folder right next to your brownie recipe that I now swear by. Thanks for another amazing recipe, MK. Cheers from Christchurch!

I rebaked it yesterday afternoon. I reduced the sugar to 200 grams. No walnuts n only used chocolate chips. This morning I ate a piece n it was delicious, buttery n chewy. Thank you for sharing your awesome blondie recipe ❤ Greetings from Indonesia 🇮🇩
Love your recipes ❤ I've baked the chocolate cake and it was so good, I loved it despite my dislike for chocolate cakes. Also tried coffee cake and my family loved it too. Now doing this and I know it's gonna be a hit😊 I swear by your recipes It never backfires like others and really good❤

Ohh martes dulce ❤. Que alegría. Y es una idea genial tu biscocho. Y estará riquísimo como todos. Tienes receta de brownie?? Y una pregunta, el biscocho de especies , lo hice y delicioso, Pero como puedo almacenarlo?
Thanks so much! :D Yesss you can find my brownie recipe here: cakesbymk.com/recipe/fudgy-brownies/ So happy to hear you loved the spice cake :D. After that you can place it in the fridge :) If it has cream cheese frosting, then pop it into an airtight container and keep in the fridge. Hope that helps :)
Thanks so much! :D You can simply leave the nuts out, or add another mix-in like more chocolate (could even use a combo of milk/white choc), shredded coconut, etc - whatever your heart desires really :D
