Hello, i have filed i 129f long time ago and it was approved by uscis. after she come here we separated so now I'm planning to file for my new fiancée and there is a question on i 129f about ex fiance full name i forgot her middle and last name i dont have her contact i tried so hard.so what should i do? If I changed my last name, then in «other names used» should I fill in even the first name if it did not change? And if I don’t have father , but my mom married new man, and he take all care about me I have to fill in?

For the additional pages if you are using the template provided do you need to sign and date or do you only do so if you are creating your own word doc? I did not see anywhere to sign and date on their template. If you did not sign the additional pages for employment history using the template provided, would you get an RFE or rejection?

Yes. Just the beginning. It will not let you right just write N A then add /with a black ink

Hi. I left mine blank. I think its ment to be left blank since uscis made it in a way that you can’t type in..

No. You will need naturalization certificate

For part 2 on 1a. and 1b., what do I type if the beneficiary's name has a letter that is not in the English alphabet such as "Ñ"? Do I replace it with N or do I use it still?
Do it by pen once you print it
Type Alt + 164 for ñ and Alt + 165 for Ñ . My last name has this.

If your fiance has adult children that will not be coming to the United States do you still fill out that part? Won't they assume there is a k2 visa missing? Also, if we have a child that already has an American birth certificate and passport do we still lists that child there?
