What do you do when your banks and investment companies REFUSE to send you a letter (on letterhead with a “wet” signature as instructed in the I-134) stating your account balances and other requested info? Most I have called refuse to send a letter, they just say, “show them your statement”. I try to explain to them that a statement is NOT accepted but they still refuse. What to do?? I think you will need to correct the following: Part 3 #14 should be how much you contribute to the beneficiary not your income. Part 3 #7 even if you are a US citizen now but you were born in Morocco, your country of birth should not change (should be Morocco not USA).

Only the principal applicant counts, you don’t have to fill another I-134 for the second beneficiary on the same file.
