Bought the 50x for my kids probably five Christmases ago and it's still going. That thing is a blast and virtually indestructible. Fun for the entire family, easy to transport and takes up little space. We absolutely love it! Definitely will invest in a 70x now.
I got my second one ordered. Ordered from Dave’s big toys my bad... lols but 2 years ago I put the 63cc on the 50 2x. Bad thing is coil rev limited I done 51 mph in a full tuck with some mods.
Hey that's great. We sell them also at http:www.beaufortminimotorsports.com. I hope you have a blast with it. Keep those bearings in good shape by oiling if you can. Just replaced bearings in a new 70x 2 speed controller. They can dry out and take on alot of friction and if you put too much weight on them it can and will burn the bearings out and destroy them. Don't worry though, It's an easy fix and takes the 6000z bearings. Hope you have a fun time with your new Scooter and Have a Great day.
It’s really hard to find parts for the 70x because it’s not common but easy for the 49x I just need to find where I can find the chain for the 70x as a back up should I just buy the 49x one and pray?
Hello Bolt, Praying is not a bad idea, because I don't see any chains available. What we normally do if we have a customer that needs a chain and we don't have one in stock we try and find one longer than the one that's needed and we remove some links to make it the size we need. You might give that a try. You can also keep looking around for the chain online, but I think most of these dealers get their parts from the same supplier they get their scooters. If we see a large demand on certain parts we will make a special order and have them shipped in. Sometimes takes 3 weeks to get them from China but at least we have them available. Hope you find a chain and Have a great day.

is this the 63cc (70cc)do they even make a 70cc or it's like everything else and they round up be able to lug around 280lbs... easy to moderate hills.. and what would the speed be on one of these?? I read you tell someone that at 300lbs this wouldn't be ideal, was that with the 49cc you talking about or this one here the 70/63.3 also what would be an complete engine swap to faster that you can suggest. also what up with your website...
Hello, It is the model 70 but the motor is only a 63cc. Hope this was helpful
I found two of these for sale but they are the 50 cc. For $1000 the gentleman says 265 max weight. I am 300 pounds. He said he had the carburetors upgraded from 12 mm to 15 mm I’m just wondering with the weight capacity being an issue but the price is really good what do you recommend
Good question James, Unfortunately your weight would be an issue because of the bearings in the controller. You may be able to upgrade your bearings, and as far as the motor you can upgrade it also. Yes! I feel the weight issue is going to be a problem in the long run unless there is an upgrade on the bearings. Hope this was helpful.
I weigh 279 the bearings were not the issue. Its the gearing you will have to modify. A gearing set up for hills will solve the problem. Same issue as motorized bicycles. Once you set the right gear ratio your fine. A fast gear set up wont work. A set up for torque will work, even without a carb upgrade.
Once your oil is mixed right and you prime the carburetor with choke on it should fire right up after a couple of pulls. If it does not crank after about 5 pulls there is a problem and most of the time its a simple one. Getting a New Scooter can get you nervous when it does not crank right away, but the fix is usually something you overlooked when getting it ready to crank. Hope all is well now, and have a great day.
@@scooteroutfitters2780 ya thx it was frustrating...I'm new so I don't know what's up maybe its just a new motor thing just trying to dial it in. . . The shifter things really six tho
