- Make this fabulous macaron and marshmallow tower yourself using a styro foam cone and home made or store bought macarons and marshmallows, at the end I show how you can substitute strawberries.
From my tutorial on the Bubble and Sweet blog: bubbleandsweet.blogspot.com.au...
Styro foam cone used is 10cm (4") bottom by 25cm (10") high
You will also need:
Ready Roll Fondant
Large Rolling pin
Toothpicks
9-10 small macarons
up to15-20 regular macarons
up to 40 puff shaped marshmallows
Sugar Flowers and royal icing

I'm a French amateur pastry cook and I loved your tutorial. Your macarons are perfect ! I will get inspired by this video and try to make the marshmallow by myself (not very difficult)
