i love love this! I am a 15 year old who loves to bake and make delicious desserts like this. This video helped me so much, i look back then laugh at my mistakes after watching this video. Thank you so much, love!😄🤍
Also, I don't think the batch of chocolate comes with bubbles.Stirring adds bubbles, and too much stirring adds alot of bubbles and also makes the texture thicker quicker than normal, so don't frenzy stir.To get rid of bubbles, I tap the recipient with the chocolate on the table several times and the bubbles come out.The more you tap, the more bubbles you get out. After that, I start dipping the strawberries.
Nice video and thanks for breaking things down for beginners ❤❤,, your video is very helpful to me and I been making chocolate covered strawberries for years and you taught me something new 💪🏾💪🏾💝💝 I appreciate it
I’m not sure if you’re supposed to but I microwave a ziplock bag of candy melts for like 10 seconds at a time and massage the bag to loosen it up to keep it from getting hard.
How long would you guess and say that you leave the chocolate in the bag to set to get the loop design? And also what ziploc bag do you use. Some brands get hot and form a bubble and eventually burst.
TYSM for your comment 💕! I use the ZIPLOCK brand. If your bag is bursting that means the chocolate got tooo hot. I want to say about 1 min maybe. If your chocolate is way to runny/hot.
Can you also explain the process of coloring chocolate after taking it out of a mold. Say if you would like to use a gold luster dust to color a heart from a silicone mold. I see that some people use mini balls and then shake the heart pieces up in a bag. Does the dust adhere better when done this way? I hope my explanation makes sense.
When you pull the toothpick stick out after chocolate set? I find the strawberry leaks after I pull out the stick. I’m making them for a party the day before and wondering if I should keep them in the fridge or room temp?
Do you think the eleven o’ one chocolate would be strong enough for breakable heart molds or is it too thin? I know you loved the brand from your white chocolate video.
Can I see you actually put the hole in the bag please. Seems like no Matter how small I cut its still big also would you recommend candy melts for dipping? Why or why not. Thank you ❤️ Beginner❤
Yes I’ll be doing a video tomorrow and hopefully post it on Tuesday/Wednesday ✨. I can also talk more about candy melts ☺️. I personally don’t like them because of the taste. And sometimes consistency
I hope I don’t sound crazy for saying this but… I can’t get over her voice. I love how soft and sweet it sounds. Her nice voice puts me to sleep.
TYSM 🙏🏼

Hum? If you want to take the bubbles out and the roughness out of the strawberries, double dip the strawberries and they come out perfect.

Are you doing just one side of the strawberry?
Love your video and thank you for the inspiration! What brand are the pink sprinkles you used?
Just curious, why did you stir the chocolate with the handle of the spoon? Does that make it easier?
thank you so much for the tutorial! Do you have a video on how to store them and also how to package them?
Not yet! I’ll make a video very soon! Thank you so much for being here 🫶🏼
how do you keep your bag from setting ? or you just have to use it pretty quickly?

Can you microwave the piping bag if the chocolate starts to cool down and get thick ❤
The chocolate is not gonna be burn? If I microwave when is hard into the piping bag? 😟
Thanks for sharing
I’m not sure if you’re supposed to but I microwave a ziplock bag of candy melts for like 10 seconds at a time and massage the bag to loosen it up to keep it from getting hard.
Yes! Put it on 50% power and check every 10 seconds
Yes you can but give it about 20 sec but keep an eye on it. You don’t want to overheat the chocolate or else it will get ruined ☺️
The best explains on the type of dye you use when dying chocolates is that it's not water based. Gel dyes are water based.
Hi there where did you get the pink sprinkles

I hope she replies to your question.
Did you ever get a answer bc I’m wondering the same? Help!!!❤
Hey, no it doesn’t leak. Are your strawberries too juicy? Are they getting old?
HI! I have a question! I got the chef master good coloring but it completely changed the taste of my chocolate. Does the colourmill change the taste?
Hello, thank you for your question ☺️. COLOURMILL doesn’t change the taste.
Thank you so much! Love your videos! 💖
Is there anything i can add to the chocolate to make it not runny?
Yes you can do coconut oil or paramount crystals ✨
Thank you so much so much information ❤❤ love it!
No problem 🍓! TYSM for your support ✨. God bless
hi! if i have an order for the morning, should I buy the strawberries the day of or the morning before? thank you!
Hello, thank you for your question 🥳! You can buy the strawberries the day before and when you do store them in the fridge.

Thank you so much for your comment ✨! I don’t recommend eleven o one for breakable hearts is too runny.
Do the strawberries gotta be cold?
Hello, no they don’t have to ☺️. They can be at room temperature.
What if I don’t have microwave?

Great tips. 😊
I just started my business and im really struggling on how to drizzle!
Congratulations I’m very proud of you 🥳!!! All it takes is practice and make sure you have the right consistency of chocolate! Good luck ✨🫶🏼
It has to be oil based colouring because water ceases chocolate.
What’s the best chocolate to use for this, I have tried normal shop bought chocolate but never smooth and super thick x
She said Ghiradelli & Stovers.
You need to add EZ dipping aid
But why can’t we use regular pots
Walmart has a great value one in block form.
I’m subscribing ❤😍

What camera do you use to record your Instagram reels?
Why after you dip and the next day the strawberries are running?
The sugar pulls the water out of the berries.

If its not oil based or powder it will seize your chocolate which will make it thick and hard, and unusable
