Sri Lanka is a true gem. I spent 3 weeks there earlier this year and fell in love with the place. Appreciate your tips about getting around the southern coastal area. I didn't make it there on my last visit but I will definitely visit there next time. Sri Lanka gets overshadowed by its big neighbor, India, but I personally think it's so much nicer. I just hope it doesn't become too popular! Safe travels!
Your video was awesome! While in Colombo, don’t miss Mint Ceylon-a gem of a store run by three sisters who transform upcycled fabrics into beautiful, eco-conscious pieces. It’s the perfect place for unique, sustainable fashion finds!
Your videos are inspiring. I just retired to Thailand but once I get a year under my belt here, I hope to spend several weeks in several nearby countries.
So sorry, I don’t do any kind of consultations. It has been a lifestyle choice for me. What little free time I have I spend really getting to know each place in the world I visit so I can talk about each with some authority. I realize that some people would like some more focused information so I have been thinking about that also. What kind of information do you think you would want. Maybe I can deliver anonymously in reports available to everyone? Best, Qiang

We are hoping to get to Sri Lanka soon 😊 Thank you for all these pointers! Very helpful!!
Consider sending a tip with your recommendation 😊
It's a lot of work to edit all this stuff
My pleasure 😊Remember buy your train ticket in railway station. The train from Kandy - Ella or Ella - Kandy is long hour but view is really beautiful!
I watched the video you did where the man rented an apartment on the beach for $120US. Sri Lanka made my target list at that point.
Kim is a lovely person! He bought me sweet and blue pea tea! So nice of him.

Hello. I hope you have plans to also go to Sri Lanka's North...like Jaffna. I want to understand more about the Tamil North of Sri Lanka
Great video. Very informative. What language is spoken in Sri Lanka? Thank you for sharing.
Sinhala is the main language and second language is Tamil... And English also widely spoken..
I just looked it up on the website and if you rent for a month the tuk tuk is $18 per day.
Thanks for sharing.
