So easy to follow - I put together 4 of these today with your help, and it made it SO much easer than just reading the instructions. IKEA should hire you to make professional videos for them!
I'm disappointed at how shallow the drawers are behind the front. Guess I would made deeper sides out of something rigid and put them inside. Would that work?
I didn’t realize how shallow they were until I saw this video.. now I’m disappointed because I don’t know how this is supposed to hold my socks and knickers
How does the back look like? My kallax separates a room so on one side it would show the back of the inserts. Can I see a picture of the back of the drawers and if the doors? Thank you!
HI, and thanks for the thorough tutorial. I need to ask you about installing one of these set of drawers to the kallax workstation I purchased just recently. The cubby where I would like to put the drawers is where the desk is connected to the shelf unit, and the connector bracket sits about 1/2 inch above the table top, so I was wondering if it would be in the way of the bottom drawer sliding in and out. I was wondering what your opinion on this is. I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
Did the laminate on the back of your drawer fronts crack when you screwed in the posts? I attempted to put my drawer insert together, but the laminate cracked on the first turn of my screwdriver.
Oh my- left a comment last night about this video! Such a good one- Well, I started installing the door inserts! Ugh! I came back to see if you had a video for it. Yes, I am disappointed- The doors are too fussy, so many adjustments and still can’t get it right. Should have gotten bins! But the drawers are great- Though yes- too shallow
The idea of destroying the walls of the cabinet is terrible. The old version of Kallax did not have that problem. The modules could be squeezed in and out. And THAT's what you call "modullar".
Excellent! Just came home with six sets of drawers and 8 door inserts. So glad I saw this video.
Thank you!

Thanks! I’ve been avoiding the task for a year. Now I see how quick it will be!
Thank you! This was a huge help and really sped things up. Having the verbal and visual directions along with the ikea printout was golden.
Thank you! That was helpful. And thanks for NOT adding distracting background music.
Thank you!!!! Out of the box, the instructions had me confused 😂. Great tutorial and great teaching!
You are a great teacher! Thank you for a excellent tutorial. I am so glad I did this myself without task rabbit!
Great job explaining how to do this! This is a very helpful video!
Very helpful. I was trying to decide whether to buy inserts and this made it easy to know what I would be getting. Thank you for sharing.
Do i need to screw the inserts on the side or is it secure enough to not be screwed
Thank you for that great tutorial - very easy to follow!
This video was so helpful. I had my draws for a few months and just give up trying to put them together. :)
Me too! I may actually attempt it now instead of looking at them leaning against a wall. 😂

Agreed! What is the point of all that extra air space.

Thank you again, I'm off to give this a go.
Just curious if the plastic hammered in screws can be removed and reused?
Awesome vid but I cannot get the larger flap to lie flat
Great video! Do you know the distance of the mark to the edge of the front? My drawers are inherited and the setback tool is missing. Thanks!
Did you ever find out how much it was? I’m in the same position!
@@Erin-yu4qc Hi Erin, it’s exactly 2cm
