Life as a mom of two young kids (a 10-month-old and a 3-year-old) is busy, chaotic, and rewarding-but I’ve realised I’ve been neglecting my own health and self-care BIG TIME. As a dietitian, I know how important it is to carve out time for myself, but lately, I’ve been in a health rut.
That’s why I’m starting this 30-day reset! It’s inspired by challenges like 75 Hard, the 5AM Club, and Atomic Habits-but let’s be real, 75 HARD isn't exactly practical for mums in this stage of life. So I’ve adapted things into something realistic, sustainable, and effective.
Here’s what I’ll be focusing on every day for the next 30 days:
30 minutes of movement 💪
Drinking 3 L of water 💧
Reading for 10 minutes 📚
Journaling & manifestation practice 🖊️
Posting a TH-cam Video every day 🎥
30 minutes working on building my business 📈
