HOW TO MAKE NEW ORLEANS STYLE HOMEMADE CRAWFISH PASTA

    Crawfish Pasta
    Ingredients
    7 tbsp. of salted butter
    1 tbsp. of minced garlic
    Crawfish tails (frozen or boiled)
    6 c. Half & Half Cream
    11 tbsp. of grated parmesan cheese
    Slap Ya Mama seasoning to taste
    1 box of cooked pasta
    Parsley
    Directions:
    In a pot, melt one tablespoon of butter with minced garlic. Add in the crawfish and sautée them
    together. Then, pour in one cup of half & half, and stir. Add in another cup of half & half, along
    with two tablespoons of parmesan cheese. While continuing to stir, add two cups of half & half,
    and two more tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until the sauce has thickened,
    adding in an additional two tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Season with Slap Ya Mama to
    taste. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and stir. After combining, add three
    tablespoons of butter and three tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Pour in the final two cups of
    half & half, the rest of the parmesan cheese, three tablespoons of butter, and if needed, more
    Slap Ya Mama, stirring until thickened. Top your dish with parsley, and you’re ready to enjoy.

    Thank you! I decided to make this today and I added a lot more slap ya mama some crab boil and more cheese and now my family won’t leave me alone 😂 I thought I’d have leftovers but apparently I didn’t make enough 🤦‍♀️

    Im from New Orleans too and I grew up eating this stuff it’s so good. A couple shots of hot sauce when you making the sauce sets it off too try it out
