  • Make a turbo boost gauge to your racing simulator dash. Arduino controlled using SimHub.
Only AC provides Turbo data, If turbo is not available in the game or the car, Simhub will then fallback to Engine Torque (PCars only), then to throttle pedals (any game with throttle pedal data)

So with this method does sim hub manage peak boost numbers? So let's say there is a car in sim that makes only 1.0 Bar boost, would the gauge read 1.0 Bar max? Really great videos thanks for making them!

After looking to gather parts for these builds, I noticed you used a slightly different Arduino Nano for your Button Box video. Are they both able to fulfill the purpose of creating either the Button Box or Boost Gauge? The parts list in the Button Box video shows a link to a Nano Pro. I don't know any better, but is there a big difference?

    • @ajistewart

you could probably use power from the USB then put it through a boost convertor. since it doesn't need much amperage, would be ok i would guess.
