Paul you are an absolute legend, to put in that time on your first time out is remarkable, I need to come to you for advise 😅 really well done and thank you for watching 😊❤️
Another great achievement Tito.. I guess there is always a danger when repeating a challenge that it doesn't go as well as expected.. Regardless of which, your achievements are in the book. They're your achievements and you should be proud.. it's also nice to see an honest account as well.. I look forward to seeing what comes next for you.. Chapeau 👏👏👏👏🥃
Thank you mucker, I am proud of this year, the quintet was the challenge and I’ve nailed it this year before the end of May, what’s in store for a little while is Tito having a break, but of wild camping and an odd slurp whilst thinking what to do next, I hope they can sort your foot out mate 🤞👍🙏🙏🙏👏👏
Well done on beating last years time Tito 👍. I was up in the Lakes on the last Bank Holiday weekend and thought of you when I saw some signs for the Lap. It is some achievement that. I share your thoughts re Wansfell too, a cracking little fell. ATB, Chris
Really great video of the Lap Tito. Very informative and love your personal take on things. I’m doing it in a couple of weeks but, I know it’s gonna be a long slog and worried about finishing. Do you mind me asking what your time was?
Hi Andrew, thank you for your kind words, I think I put my time for this year and last at the end of the video, both around 17 and half hours, the biggest achievement is finishing, I have as much respect in fact more for the last finish as I do the winner. My advice to whether your running it or walking it is to fuel yourself well, I honestly believe it played a big part on me not improving my time by much. Most people break in the last ten mile, it becomes more mental than physical, just keep putting one foot infront of the other and you will get there, all the best, let me know how you get on 👍
@@titothetroddler I totally agree Tito. The person at the back has to endure so much more during the race and has to overcome more quite often. I will be sure to let you know how I get on. Thank you for your speedy reply and words of advice and encouragement. It’s much appreciated.

Thanks for the video. This was my first ultra, managed 10 hours 40 and made the most of all the food so pleased with that at 57 years old 👍🏻

Do you feel the London Marathon was still in your legs ?
Heat could have affected you ?
Well done pal it looks really tough that 👍🏻
Hi Rich, yes I think it played its part, but need to determine if I want to continue to the distance? It’s a brillant event, but a massive ask 😊
