I can honestly say, you have all done an amazing job on this building, it looks the dogs nuts, as we say here 🤣. There's been a hell of a lot of work gone into it, you guys should be damn proud of yourselves 👍
I was the seller of a historic property before I left CA (later became a museum for the city I was born in)... Other than updating the entire electrical system and two rose bushes added to their garden...it was intact... Even though I had first refusal if the blueprints deviated more than 15% from the original floorplan...this was an easy sell between yours truly and the partners... It took three different sets of blueprints to finalize the sale...but they came from the same buyer...
We'll see what happens but as Hurricanes go it's kind of weak, it's only a category 1, Hurricane Hugo was the one that devastated the region back in 1989 and it was a Category 4, 140mph winds vs. Ira's 85mph winds. Still you never know, we'll see what happens! Jefferson is on a hill BTW so it won't flood but the hurricane is coming right through there TONIGHT!
Very nice!! Great rescue of a historic building.
