I am a hardcore Ibanez RG addict. Been playing for 35 years and have my preferences.Well a lot of guitars that I love have had serious quality control issues over the past fer years. Spending over a grand on a guitar only to have uneven frets and paint4ed on bindings is just not cool. So I am ordering one of these. Yamaha is one of the few companies that have stayed consistent. Amazing quality for a reasonable price that no ther company can compare to.
🎸These things are indestructable 🫡 just upgraded from a 012.. the 112V is a step up from a 012, would def recommend the 112V instead and skip the 012 if you are serious about learning, the only difference between the 012 and 112V is a better quality body Alder wood vs Agathis 012, Alder is slightly lighter in weight too, and better quality pickups Alinco V vs Ceramic 012.. Follow your heart to your dreams, they can come true 🌹♥️🌹 Love Edda
On paper, these have great spec, similar to more expensive Stratocasters. Yamaha's quality is exceptional. I have a 112V, they should sound better. The wiring could be revised, the pull/push coil split could be on the volume, the tone could be no load, the single coils could have resistors added so they see a 250K volume pot and a partial coil tap using a resistor added to the coil split. Oh, and Tusk nut and a bigger tremolo block. All these areas are stifling these well made guitars.
Thank you for your review. I have a question, Why your Whammy bar doesn't fall and stay horizontal ? On my 112V the Whammy bar falls vertically if I don't hold it.
I know this video came out a while ago, but if by chance you see this comment, would you say that the sonic blue version of this guitar looks the same in real life as it does in this video? I'm torn between United Blue and this one.
Yep! The colors are pretty true to the pictures. You can compare this video to the store listings here: store.fretzealot.com/search?q=yamaha+pac112v&options%5Bprefix%5D=last We have both the Sonic Blue and United Blue colors. The paint/enamel isn't anything funky that changes colors in lighting. It's quite solid and true to images in various lighting conditions.
Working on it! In the meantime you can customize any of the existing scales, even removing notes by turning the brightness on that note all the way down.
@@FretZealot Hey that's kinda good to know! I really like what you guys are doing, if I sell some gear tomorrow I just might pull the trigger. Thanks for the reply, have a wonderful day! :)
EVERY Yamaha I’ve Bought over the past 25 years is WELL WORTH the Price 🎶♥️‼️

We totally agree. We've literally never found a major defect in any Yamaha instrument after shipping many hundreds of them.

Can you get that paired single-coil wacky sound on Pacifica 311h? e.g. "pair" the single-coil-mode bridge humbucker and the P90.

@@FretZealotThanks for replying. That's good to know.
je me pose la meme question , on dirait qu'elle est plus verte sur certains site mais bleu pale en vrai
have you bought it? how does the color?
Please add a way to add custom scales into the app, I'd buy your product immediately...

would it make a big difference if i replace my old squier strat with one of theese?
Definitely. These revstars are a notably higher quality standard than squiers.

FWIW, I have two of these and a PAC611. I had a Squier Strat but donated it.
does it work with the focusrite scarlett solo?
There's no reason why it wouldn't
