🎸These things are indestructable 🫡 just upgraded from a 012.. the 112V is a step up from a 012, would def recommend the 112V instead and skip the 012 if you are serious about learning, the only difference between the 012 and 112V is a better quality body Alder wood vs Agathis 012, Alder is slightly lighter in weight too, and better quality pickups Alinco V vs Ceramic 012.. Follow your heart to your dreams, they can come true 🌹♥️🌹 Love Edda
I just got one of these used, and I LOVE it!! And I've been playing for over 20 years, so it's not for beginners lol. Great quality for the price, I'll say that much. I WAS going to "tweak it" some, but after playing it awhile, I'm leaving it alone and just enjoy playing it.
My mom tole me to only love that which is able to love you back. Lol! I also had to have one. A white one. Antique white. Like Jimi h. and jeff b. my heros. Just a pleasure to hold and admire for the workmanship and sheer scientificly arrived at, player advised, master craftsmanship. It's an accurate representation of a 65 stratocaster with an Eddie Vanhalen inspired double humbucker.that would not be without Eddie's genius influence on the entire musical realm. I really like the coil split and the vintage sounding pups along with the skinny maple neck and lovely figured rosewood fretboard. I have smaller hands so this neck is perfect for me. Was perfect out of the box. I'd get another just like it as a spare if I was playing it out. Amazing and reliable player. 🎉
I traded a squire affinity Strat hh for one and I like the neck on the Yamaha much better. Squires are great but the Yamaha just played a little better to me.😊
When I bought my Pacifica in, I think, 1995, it has a clear finish to show off the fact they were using real wood and not plywood like the FMIC competition at the time. Great value guitar. Doesn’t appeal to many sadly.
Their loss haha 😂 these amazing guitars are virtually indestructable, better its unfashionable, cheaper for us smart asses who know better 👌 just got a 112v at a steal, never been so proud and happy to be unhip 😂♥️ 🎸
Got a 90's Pacifica 112 for peanuts some years ago. Alder body, perfect 22 fret neck. Not so great pickups. My son practices on it, and it's great for that.
I am really thinking of getting one tomorrow, I just WISH it didn't have the pickup mount ring... But for $100, I'm not letting that stop me! I'm getting it!
How did you find a Raspberry Red PAC112V??? I tried to order one a couple of years ago, but Yamaha told me they stopped making them! I had to get the 612 to get a red Pacifica!
This thing screams 90s to me. It doesn’t scream “vintage.” That’s silly to me. 90s angles/look. 13.5” radius, humbucker, coil split, knobs and pick guard and body shape that don’t exist on any vintage guitars. What a silly take.
@@VoidOneGamer I hear what you're saying and while you're technically correct I think most people would view "vintage" as being 50s and 60s. 90s specs are definitely modern era. guitar design just doesn't move that fast.

Thinking of grabbing the classic white one with the rosewood, love the shape and aesthetic of these. Kinda got an 80’s vibe

from my country they only have this red one, I have to get the 212v for the black color
yes Sir thank you for the demo one question do we need a 9V battery for this guitar ?
I have one and I can say that: no; the pickups are alnico
what was the song at the start?
Yamaha pacifica 012 is good for intermediate guitarist
Nice 👍
No weight on the specs :(
Sounds out of tune???😩
And muddy too.
It's because he's using a orange amp. They all sound muddy

Hate to break it to ya, but the 90s was 20+ years ago. By definition, 90s stuff is vintage now. Feel old? Me too.

Clean that fretboard before another covid outbursts...
