hmm, loosening all the upper fender bolts, then bolting the bumper to the fenders and pushing the upper fender towards the car while tightening the bolts might space out the hood gaps properly or bring it closer... then you guys should do side skirts and exhaust work necessary and then bumper before rear quarters so you have a way to line up the quarters before cutting and drilling

Use the stock bumpers stock bonets and just use the fenders from the kit and bam you have a clean wide static aston martin

I think for the exhaust u guys could cut holes in the rear bumper for the exhaust tips, and possible plug the hole on the side skirts where the "race car" exhaust tips would come out with fiberglass and sand it down so it looks flush. Just what crossed my mind during the video. This is gonna be a sick build 🔥🔥

Bro that wide body kit installment from temu is going great! Going to be a race car or rather drag car or just a normal cool road car lol!
Run ghosts mufflers, basically cut it as much as you need and just point it down towards the ground not going outside of a body panel ( until you figure out where you want the exhaust to go so you can have the body marked up
why is the ecu in the fender? if you get in a crash ur ecu is just destroyed
It is a weird design. I was thinking the same thing
I would say the best solution for the exhaust is to get exhaust tips that face downwards (so it doesn't melt the bumper), and then put fake exhaust tips in the sideskirts. Can't wait to see this finished!

What about you just forget the hole in the side and doesn´t do anything with the bumper. Just do like some McLaren 765Lt or Lamborghini lookig exhaus pipes. It would look really sick and you can meaby even install a flame kit.

Cut the exaust a litle bit and make it fire downwords with a 45 or 90 degrees bent or just make hols in the bumper and run the exaust as is, BTW the person who told you to make the other hols in the frame is laking skills, you could have just ad some holes in the fiberglass panels to line up with the existing ones on the frame :)))),

To reduce the gaps use heat gun and the body kit will expand to perfection. It is a really common issue!!!

I think you can use the thing like glue and it hardens so you can like repair the body kit if you made a mistake. Idk if that works but yeah love your content btw.
you can tilt the exhust down to the floor and "just" put a metal pipe at the side
The headlights on the astin kinda looks like the headlights for the veislide kit for the rx7 (the same kit used on hans rx7 in Tokyo drift)
Center exit rear exhaust would be sick
Please try and put the exhaust house the middle of the bumper or kinda up in between the tail lights

Should have put the bonnet on before putting and bolts in the guards because you can’t guess how far in and out the tops are meant to be since you drilled the holes
