I think this is officially one of my favorite apartment tours (and I binge these videos lol). But the entire space is gorgeous. And I adore the palette. And the decor. It was all so realistically done, while still managing to look gorgeous.

Sorting your laundry in four different categories is not insane, coming from someone who also sorts her laundry in four different categories. 😆And I love your blend of practicality and aesthetic. Oftentimes TH-camrs feature their homes filled with things that are "cute" but don't align with their actual lifestyle. You've shown that you don't need to sacrifice functionality for pretty.

Your style is very nice. The textures, the color scheme, the way you have organized the space and the details make it look very inviting. Right now, I'm trying to improve my living room. I have a Florence sofa from Barcelona Designs that just arrived and I think I need to add some pillows like those to make it more cozy. Thank you very much for the tour! Delightful.

Although I am not the biggest fan of 'how other people live' videos, I'm very pleased to have just (literally minutes ago) found this video in my recommendations... and I have checked out the unfurnished version 1st, making for an interesting comparison.
I'm impressed by both your content and production values, as well as your willingness to display some items that aren't all about the décor but about how real people live (eg. the Brita jug in your kitchen). That candor is very refreshing.
I am curious about one of your choices however and that is placement of your vanity/makeup table vs your desk.
I would have expected your makeup and vanity station to be in the bedroom, and the desk in the living room rather than the reverse although it occurs to me that I don't believe there was a window in your bedroom, so the explanation might be as simple as natural lighting.
Perhaps you would confirm if my guess is right, or satisfy my curiosity with the true explanation if I am wrong.
The other thing that caught my ear (hopefully you are flattered that your viewers listen to your so closely) was your mention in the empty apt. tour pf the ENDY items you purchased - mattress, 2 pillows, and a duvet.
In this video, you mention the duvet is from The Bay and I wasn't sure if you meant you had replaced the ENDY duvet with it, or only that the duvet cover (which would make sense) was from The Bay.
Again, clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it's honestly such a great wardrobe!!! :) I highly recommend hehe. You can also pinterest different types of combinations too depending on the size of your room :)

You've done a great job!! Your apartment is beautiful! I would never have thought of splitting the living room into two areas. Brilliant! Then your sofa is close enough to the tv so you can see it. This has always been my issue of wall-mounting tvs. Then they are too far away for me to see properly. Love how many cupboards you have in your kitchen.

Wow!very nice,I have almost the same entryway set up. Same mirror and similar Ikea shoe storage. Just an idea for the unsightly electrical panel is to hang a lightweight canvas picture on a nail or command hook to cover it. It's really easy to move to access the panel. 😊

The sofa was labelled Kivik in the video but it’s the Vimle. Also you should add strip lights underneath each shelf on your pax wardrobe. It would look soo high end and nice dim lighting at night!
I stated in the video that Kivik is the new style because the vimle is discontinued! & Great idea with the lights!!! :)
I noticed my you don't have a bedroom window.. that's kind of unusual but, I got to tell you the way you decorated that bedroom is beautiful your whole place is beautiful so, it really doesn't matter if you don't have the bedroom window you have a beautiful place!
Love your apartment. You did a good job with decor and function. Your hair and skin care products on the shelves in your bathroom, could be placed in pretty cases or bins. It would make for such a beautiful spot for the eye to land in the bathroom

Love the apartment tour. I only have one concern. There are a lot of things like your clothes, makeups, and decors left outside on the open tables or shelves. How do you keep them clean or undust? I found it’s too hard to keep things clean if I left them out for awhile.
Jenny Samiley before COVID I hired a cleaner to come once every two weeks but since then it’s been difficult to maintain :( lots of wiping and I feel like I’m cleaning all the time
A little bit of dust doesn't hurt as it'll reappear as soon as you've done it anyhoo! 😊
You've decorated very nicely- if it were mine, the only thing I would change is to have my vanity and perfumes etc in the bedroom and the desk in the sitting room but I imagine that you have it t'other way round for the light from the window 🤔(?!?)
@@olbird7647 haha yes i agree! and yeah, mostly due to natural lighting for make up and also i needed a separate storage area for my make up since i have a lot from buying/working with some beauty companies so my desk has all the office stuff already! :)

Re bedroom. Is that a queen bed? Is the room appropriately 10 x 10 ft? I like what you have done in a small space.
Simple and Calm decore, but if you switch the workstation and makeup table which will pop up your mood more, as it's just opposite the window with all-natural lights. But you are great at your work

quick review: ikea is ikea. so far it's been really good for me but when I moved apartments i kinda damaged one of the areas and had to go to ikea to replace it. be careful with their paint!

So much stuff … if one items gets misplaced it would clutter up the place. That being said, the light colour palette makes things better, and you are probably a tidy person. Best tour I’ve seen online.
