As a native New Yorker, born raised and still living (stayed during the pandemic), for the people not from here that are saying it’s expensive, it’s not common for couples to have a two bedroom. Couples are usually in 1 bedrooms. They also have a lot of stuff compared to the “average” New Yorker.

It is just so inviting and the attention to detail is what I think really kicks it up a notch from the average apartments that I have seen. the people who rent it hopefully will never see this lol
I love your style! If I were your landlord I would want you to leave all the extra things that you have done to the apartment because it would rent out so much better due to how pretty you’ve made it! Can’t wait to see your NEW place after you’ve moved in!!! Happy New Year!
You were in my recommended videos and so glad I watched. This apartment has so much hygge...It actually makes me want to move to NYC (not happening) but I'm inspired nonetheless. Great job with the temporary upgrades...Ditto to asking your landlord if you should take your moldings and stuff down. Create less work for yourself and keep it all up and they have a more beautiful apartment to show. Win win. I hope you post more videos soon. Take care.
This is the best apartment transformation I've seen! Reminds me of my time in NYC
I'm completely blown away at how beautiful and cozy and homy you have made your apartment. It is just so inviting and the attention to detail is what I think really kicks it up a notch from the average apartments that I have seen. I can't wait to follow you on your journey to your next place and see how you decorate again. The wall moulding is now something that I am seriously seriously considering in my place. I would also absolutely love to buy a similar mantle but sadly I don't currently have the space for it. Will definitely be putting that on my wish list though for my next place!
What you’ve done to this apartment is nothing short of amazing! I absolutely love your style and creativity and I’m wondering where you’ve been all my life??? I definitely subscribed and now, my with fingers crossed, please, please and pretty please make tons of videos showing us everything you’ll be doing in the new apartment!!!
Thank you so so much, Crystal! Such a kind message to start the weekend off with 🖤 I will for sure be sharing more about the new one! We’ll be there in a few days!
I am getting soooo much inspiration from this! You both absolutely killed and I am so happy to see how well a "fireplace-less" mantle works in a space! Keep up the fabulous work :D
Looks even better since I've last visited many years ago. Actually looks the same. Very lovely apartment home.
This apartment is a literal dream!! All of the decorating and projects you've done are stunning
Thank you!!! I'll miss parts about this place for sure! The space is rare and I've loved how spacious it has felt!
Oh my gosh. Your apartment is gorgeous - specially compared to what it was before! I live in a 1900's building in the UWS as well and I'm amazed at all the tips and tricks you were able to pull off. Definitely using this for inspiration and thank you for linking your pieces on your blog - super helpful!
Thank you for sharing your apartment with us! Really beautiful! The video will also give you a nice keepsake/ memory of your lovely apartment!
I don’t know how to explain it but his apartment looks soft
I love your eye for interior design 🤩 your apartment is beautiful. Please share your make overs for the new apartment.
I live in Astoria, NY. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your design aesthetic! Here's a hack WE used to "paint" the borders of our windows, black: black peel-n-stick wallpaper!! 😳🤯 Game. Changer. 😉
estoy enamorada de este departamento... es muy mi estilo y me encanta.. ahora me dieron ganas de decorar mi pieza
I’m obsessed with your style! Please please do more interior design projects/ ideas.
I can’t get enough! You have amazing taste & style. ❤️
i'm speechless...the decor is gorgeous!
I live in San Francisco and I'm paying $4,500+ for my 1-bed apartment in a not great neighborhood. The fact that SF is more expensive than upper west side just blows my mind. This make me wanna move to NYC so much
A beautiful apartment, I can only imagine how you going to decorate this new place. You have impeccable taste
What a beautiful space......love it! Would move in immediately. Fore sure one of the nicest apartments in NYC I have seen on YOU TUBE.
Can't wait to see what you do to the new place. Love your aesthetics.
