Hi Devyn! Been loving these build videos and I just want to suggest for the dimensions of the cases to be included in the videos so we can easily decide if a case is for us. I think that's a great way to encourage potential builders in the future.
It's kind of nice to have a company laser focused on older gamers who don't want a giant case and also are interested in performance and style. Thst case is as much a conversation piece as it is functional.
@@TheTastefulThickness But nowadays PC cases designed with tempered glass/fish tank style to show off the inside RGB. I have trouble finding PC case without side tempered glass, aside from Fractal North. or COOlermaster NR200max
Absolutely love your videos! It seems popular to appear messy and careless in video's these days, but I don’t like it. I love the clean and sleek style you’re presenting products, because the craft and products actually deserves respect as well. Be kind to materials people, and, well.. to matter, for that matter 🤷🏻♂️
This case is AMAZING. It genuinely seems like a much better choice in the same vertical form factor than the NZXT H1 from a few years back. For what you are getting, the price is decent IMO, though of course on sale or if it was around that $350 price point it would be a no brainer choice. The fact that your Motherboard IO is accessible as well as the GPU compatibility and standard non-proprietary 120mm radiator makes this excellent
What about noise? I would prefer this one over the "normal looking" M1Evo, but latest reviews are showing that this case tends to be quite noisy in comparison. Whats your experience?
Thank you so much for this video. Right now I'm in the middle of building ITX computer and I couldn't decide between these two cases. You are the first one I found that compare both of them in term of temps. NR100 is nice but I will be going with NR200.
nice looking case, i really like vertical tower cases and i wasn't expecting temps on the GPU to be that good honestly with how the fan just... throws heat into a panel
The problem with this case is the PSU exhausting hot air into the radiator. I fixed that problem with a small aluminum plate that allowed me to rotate the PSU 90 degrees counterclockwise so that it will exhaust out the back.
The 4090 FE (And I think all of the 40 series FE cards IIRC?) exhausts through the HDMI/DP side, and on the GEFORCE RTX side it pulls air directly through the cooler and out of the top/back straight through the fan. At least that is my understanding of it. Either way same issue you were talking about - just slightly less crucial since at least the one fan will exhaust downward instead of straight back into the panel. Mightnot be considered ideal because it is tyring to send hot air downward via one fan, but seemingly less crucial since there will at least be space for the air to flow vs being blocked/restricted by the panel. Likely why you're still seeing acceptable performance/temps even with this style of card. Anyway. Love the videos. Production quality is awesome, and I love the variety in builds. Binging your channel always has me wanting to build another.
Hello Devyn, I'm new to your channel, which I found as I was looking into ITX builds. I like your videos, how you build and explain what you are looking at when building with an ITX form-factor. I just was wondering, what do you do with these builds once you are done? Are these sent to you by the manufacturers to showcase their components and then return then to them or what happens afterwards? Keep up the good job!
Just added this to the cart to purchase. Been wanting to build an AI Dev machine for local LLM models and this is exactly what I've been waiting for. Thank you
Having one of these cases for about a week, as much as I love the look the quality in the AIO pump and the psu is just too bad to keep it… building in an A4-h20 instead
I replaced the radiator fan with a Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM. The stock Coolermaster fan was horrendously noisy out of the box. The Noctua Fan is very quiet and the cpu ran cooler in all situations with the Noctua fan installed. Coolermaster has hit on a pretty good idea here but as usual are shooting themselves in the foot trying to save a buck with crap fans.
Amazing video as alaways ! What microphone are you using in this video ? Can you do a setup / office tour please with all your camera gear and stuff ? Thanks !
would of been kinda cool if you could fit some slim fans in the front of the case as exhaust and smaller 120 or 92mm fan at the bottom? To push air through the case.
excuse me in this case, fits a Radeon RX 7800 XT for XFX QICK319 RX 7800 XT CORE? and I saw in your video that the power supply has a one connector, because of The Radeon has double connector of 8 pin
Not bad actually, it wasn't putting any pressure on the port from what I can tell. There's a pretty decent amount of room underneath. Might be more of an issue if you use a longer GPU and have to lower the bracket/riser cable to the lowered position. Will have to test that.
@tonyy.8852 I said "high demand." I didn't say overheat. Mid to high 80's and 90's. Plus, you can't cool the liquid with hot system air. You responded like I said it was totally useless or not sufficient. It's a poor design in my opinion. The radiator would be more efficient when placed somewhere it can draw cooler air. That was the only point.
yea cooler master definitely doesn't make a good PSU as far as i know. i haven't had this model specifically but i had one on my first pc and know a buddy who had one - they were both too damn loud; especially for a component where the fan should rarely need to turn on
Do you think we'll get an update to the NR200 anytime soon? I really like it, but it's been out a long time and it's missing usb c so I've been hesitating buying it and using it for my new build. I had my daughter build her first PC in the NR200 without the cooler, etc, and I was so jealous and wished my first build was using that case. Was so much easier to build in and the form factor is perfect for what I want.
@@derekyam1805 Yes, thank you. I saw someone else do a video on it and I really don't like the changes either. The usb c addition, great, the rest, nope. I don't "need" the usb c there, but would like it for sure.
Cooler master fgs make a case for people other than girls... Enough with all-proprietary pre-installed stuff. I may want a 280 AIO for my 7950X3D. I may also need a stronger power supply. Hell it's be better if they only included the PSU and let ME get a pathetic 120mm AIO of my choosing at least. I have a meshlicious with a 7950X3D and a 3080, and I just wish that the case was just a little taller so I could fit the next gen graphics cards in there.
absolutely, it is a copy, but i do not like the components he chose ... the PSU is 250Ws too much, the motherboard is 150 bucks overpriced, the GPU is not needed at all, if you use RYZEN APU ... the build is surely not an SFF build and it is surely not an cheap option what he is describing, ... the main point of SFF and ITX is, is building the most dense power station at the lowest cost and get the best output

This case is more for gaming than for creators, and for gaming, a current gen mid CPU will do the job just fine, even with a 4090 (unless you reduce the details to 720p or something ridiculous like that). It totally makes sense, since CM is trying to reduce the footprint of the case to the minimum
