    Perhaps, if a 3rd edition is published by popular demand, the readings will be added.
    A good design and print font could produce a North American Daily Worship Daily Office with readings that is only slightly larger than the CTS Dive Worship: Daily office.
    This Daily Office is definitely a "diamond in the rough."

    Thank you for this video. A Catholic friend gifted me a copy of the Ordinariate prayer book as part of the journey I’ve been on from Baptist to Anglican to Catholic and that similar size of bible (and blue cover that matches my blue cover version will be awesome) and I hadn’t found that website to use to occasionally supplement with while traveling. Thank you much.

      God bless you! That is a cool journey. Hope you enjoy using the website prayer.covert.org was a goto for me yesterday while waiting for my car’s oil change

    I reached out to the North American printer a few weeks ago. They advised me to just get the commonwealth edition. Very disappointing.

      @@matthaeusprime6343 that’s a shame. They really are not the same book

      At least they responded to you they didn’t respond to my email lol I was lucky enough to have a friend give me an extra copy he had but I’d love to buy more to give away since it’s already been such a blessing in my life

    Of course if wants the less expensive route, the Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham also publishes Morning and Evening Prayer with the Coverdale Psalter. Simple as.

    Maybe it’s a generational thing but I am seriously repelled by the thought of using an office book that’s on an electronic device rather than a physical book. I’m in my 60’s and of the 10 (RC) priests in my traditional leaning Community at least half use an electronic device for their daily Office and it appalls me.

      I much prefer a book and understand your sentiment

      I’m 46, and I totally agree. An app is useful for reducing the load when traveling, but that’s about it.

    Is this book Catholic or Anglican Ordinariate ? Thanks

      @ConvincedCatholicism  20 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      Anglican Ordinarate is Catholic. As in, in full communion with Rome

      @ so it’s ok to use the Lancelot Press version of the St Benedict Monastic Breviary which is Anglican meaning the Vatican approves it for Catholic laity

      @@duromusabc That is not a publication of the Anglican Ordinariate. That prayer book is excellent, but it does not have an imprimatur.

      @@michaelborges9081 Anglican is different from Anglican Ordinariate ?

      Yes. Anglican or Church of England is a seperate church from the Catholic Church. The Anglican Ordinariate is a group of Anglicans who were received into the Catholic Church

    Maybe copy the lectionary from the PB and put the copy with the bible.

    • @ConvincedCatholicism
      @ConvincedCatholicism  19 วันที่ผ่านมา

      That would be a lot of pages shoved into the bible. Not to mention it doesn’t solve the problem of searching for the passages etc. but thanks for the suggestion
