Very hardworking people are they,the japanese. Polite, friendly and humble. I lived there there for 3 years and met high cultured people. Their Food very excellent and the japanese Decorations so meticulously done with Passion.
You can see just how much love and care they give to their food and the people they serve. This is passion folks, this is what I would love to go visit myself and give them a big hug or handshake.

@@toad7395It's not that it's abnormal but it's giving "I'm the main character" energy. Just tell them the food is delicious and thank them for the meal, then go about your day. All this extra stuff that people think is endearing is often more annoying for the recipient

this is one of ma favorite videos
been here for almost 30 years. Obesity has exploded in Japan. You go into these places and sometimes half the customers are obese. Great food, but these types of restaurants no longer think about portion size. The video of the food is excellent though. From experience I find the restaurants here that stick to the old portion sizes are the best tasting. This food is working class food for guys that put in long hours and burned calories. In one part of the video you can see that. But the majority of these customers are not putting in hard calorie burning work. Street food means blue collar. Anyway very nice video

なんかこう言うの見てると一流のシェフが美しい料理をデザインして作るのもすごいけど
それ以上に多様な単純な安い料理を次々と状況に応じて大量にテキパキと作る料理人のがすごい気がしてしまう。
もちろん単純に比較できる事ではないけど、私はなんて言うかこう言う料理人のが料理人らしいと思う。

I've been trying flat out to reduce my weight since 2 yrs ago but to my great regret, it has been ending up in failure so far to be honest ( on the contrary I've gained a few pounds!! ) This long video induces my mouth w/ so much of saliva that my mouth is now inundated & it is plunging directly into my stomach making me uncontrollably hungry again!! To make the matter worse, I've just eaten my dinner only 2 hrs ago. I've got stop watching this MOGUMOGU cooking shows, or I will never be able to lose my weight!! Труд нелегкий, но нормальное его разделение, людей кормят, а не стригут на них деньги, как у нас, за мизерные порции и неполноценную еду.
Люди живут полноценной жизнью, а не ишачат до упаду на кухнях, все продумано.
Создатель, пошли мне хоть год такой жизни.
