Material :
90 grams all purpose flour
15 grams powdered milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
2 eggs
85 grams sugar
1/2 teaspoon cake emulsifier
70 ml room temperature milk
30 ml cooking oil
10 grams cocoa powder
Chocolate ganache:
150 grams chocolate
25 grams butter
50 grams white chocolate
10 grams butter
Pan size 16×8cm

Que es emulsionar para pasteles?
Acho que pode substituir o emulsificante por ovos batidos com açúcar até em ponto de neve. Mais gostei da receita e da beleza desse bolo . Técnica simples de fazer e linda.
Fazer o bolo no vapor foi show e por as camadas, no forno talves não seria possível. Tive uma idéia de rechear em cada camada. Essou por o recheio e a massa crua, passou novamente por a outra massa!

Yes you can.
But oil make the cake more moist than butter when cake is cold, but butter given the taste of cake more better than oil.
