    Ingredients:
    650 gr wheat flour (000);
    approx. 400 ml water;
    10 gr dry yeast (25 gr fresh yeast);
    1 teaspoon salt;
    1 teaspoon sugar for yeast;
    25-30 gr baking soda;
    egg white;
    sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc;
    Pretzels go very well with sea salt and aromatic herbs.

    Am făcut Covrigi astăzi, arata bine dar gustu e diferit fata de cei din comerț. Un pic dezamăgită dar merge .mulțumesc pentru reteta

    Ma apuc sa fac chiar acum! Fiind din Constanța, mi se face dor de covrigii dobrogeni, cum se făceau la Simigeria din piața Ovidiu, acum 45 ani. Doamne, când au trecut anii!!

      I-am făcut. Am adăugat zahăr vanilat și puțin coaja de lămâie, rasa. Se pare ca nu pot sa postez foto. Nu-s ei foarte frumoși, dar sunt gustoși, mai ales cu iaurt. Mai trebuie sa fac braga.

      Ma bucur nespus ca ati decis sa-i faceti si ca va plac. Daca vreti sa postati foto, ma puteti eticheta pe instagram (daca aveti cont si doriti). Eu va multumesc oricum ca ma urmariti si ca apreciati ceea ce fac. O saptamana usoara va doresc!

    trebuie sa fac si eu dupa reteta ta,dar spune mi te rog cum ii pastrezi la fel si pentru a 2 a zi

      Sincer la noi nu au ajuns pana a doua zi. Dar daca sunt prea tari sau uscati, ii umeziti putin cu apa si apoi in microunde 20 de secunde si-s ca noi!😁

    Sunr super, dar mie nu.mi-au iesit asa, probabil pt ca nu am cuptor cu ceas si cu ardere sus si jos. Am cuptor obisnuit

      Data viitoare, sper sa mai fie. Incingeti cuptorul bine in jur de 190-200 grade. Apoi tine si de aluat si cum creste, chiar daca putin tot creste. Eu i-am facut pentru prima data pe video si au iesit asa, sa fie oare noroc?! Multumesc de apreciere si sustinere!🤗

      DA! Chiar e aluat de paine, doar ca am folosit faina "000", la paine merge ceva mai slaba, sau nu foarte pretentioasa!

      Mai e necesar să trecem așa zisa paine,prin apa fiarta,apoi în tava, ca și la covrigei?
