Hey Donnie I’m a cowichan sawyer and I’m gonna be heading up Nanaimo to grab one of your master ported 572 with an x light tough 24 bar. Gonna be firewood and brushing with the saws I grab.
Everyone makes their wine their own way ! As long as the final product is up to par and more importantly LASTS then I’d say it’s a winner. Makes little sense to me to build a high - compression screamer that blows up before tank 50! Sure , it looks good on tape for cuttin cookies but if she don’t last at LEAST a season as an everyday worker then the whole things in the garbage 🗑. Donny’s been building worksaws for long time. It would behoove us all to listen 👂 to the gems of wisdom he has to offer. Talk is cheep but becomes quite costly when not followed by action
@@fabzacres-blackcat you said it brother. As long as final product is up to par. Your under a miss ception of engines I guess. When builders speak of high compression. Its really referring to guys who port only and cut exhaust roof to build in the words of IRON HORES "screamer" on his 3rd or 4th video thats the problem. When they are really loosing velocity, flow and compression@! Where's the gain to be had!! Besides being easier to pull!
@@steppoffaith8426 I’m not under any misconceptions about how 2-strokes operate sir and have a plethora of videos showing the product in action ... I STEER CLEAR of high compression 2-strokes for many reasons. Anyone who really knows how they operate will tell ya you’ll get more power with precise port timing (at the rpm you have chosen to build at) than ya will with high-compression. It ain’t a 4-stroke my friend , it more attuned to a musical instrument 🎸... that’s why (if ya know what to listen for) ya can HEAR the tone. Lotsa guys use high-compression as a ladies aid (like the pool stick haha ) to “fix” slight build miscalculations. It works ... but pretty don’t cut faster
What’s your beef 🥩 with Buckin ? What’s your beef 🥩 with Ironhorse ? What’s your beef 🥩 with me ? You Tennessee boyZ sure do a lotta yappin and chest thumping , guess must be the culture down there eh? Seems like alotta sizzle ... NO steak from where I sit 😉
I want a Donny Walker 572 when I grow up!!!
BET YOU DO.
Me to🤣🤣

572. What a beast. Great work Donny. You rock brother. ❤️🌲🌲🌲❤️
Nice job, can't wait to own a "Walkerized" saw!
Any chance u can do video on how you do a muffler mod for this saw? There is nothing on the internet that goes into it.
Sure I will do one on 572 muffler correct
Cranking out the videos today Donny.
Donny show us how you do the muffler mod, thanks bud
So no Iron Horse ripples in the intake for extra hp?
