I bought the Aerolarri Rattler wheels and have had no issues at all! I get a lot of questions and compliments every time I drive my C8. The price of these wheels is amazing and the quality is great. I probably checked out two dozen wheel companies while attempting to find the right wheels for me, but I kept coming back to the Aerolarri wheels!!
When you get new wheels, depending if they are the same size as the OEM wheels, you could just switch tires from your oem to the new ones. If your asking if the new wheels come with tires then the answer is that it does not come with tires. They need to be bought separately.
Aerolarri, designwise are spectacular, don’t know about their built quality and everything, but they seem to be the real deal indeed. Have not hard anything even slightly negatives about them yet.

I have done a bunch of research too on wheels and found Aerolarri to be extremely helpful and quick to respond to customers. I have recommended their wheels multiple times now to fellow C8 owners and three people have purchased and absolutely love the customer service and products they received! Just subscribed to your channel. I saw you on Brink of Speed or Front Seat Drivers channel at some of the Texas meets. Love the look and Lambo doors on your C8 man!

They sound like a decent company however and I see Chet posting all over the place trying to help people out. If I keep my C8 long enough I will probably switch over to a set of Aerolarri's.

I will say that I agree with your assessment, the only issue is his lack of control over the handoff to the company he sources the wheels from in China. I believe they make wheels for several of the known wheel companies. There's a pretty significant lack of control once he hands off the order to that company. You may not be aware of my issues I had and discussed with many in our C8 group online. I will say that Chet always goes out of his way to make you happy and works hard for the customer but the model of handing off to this 3rd party is where he loses control and where problems can arise. But I am happy with my wheels and the little touches he does to make them special, and of course you can't beat the price! Congrats on your excellent production quality and always informative channel!

I also liked the real forge vossens not the hybrids but I got Aerolarris for less than half the pricecand like there designs and fittment so much better.
Another informative video. One suggestion I would like to make. That would be deleting the background music. I’ve done training and presentations, including training new trainers, for ages and never once did I play any music in the background. Keep up the good work. Cheers!

Thanks dreamr616 for the comment! So these i ended up powdercoating them. Color specific is called a super root beer. From aerolarri is similar to the bronze missed matte color they have. Hope that helps 👍
I considered Aerolarri when I bought my '21. At that time they were a fairly new company. I passed on them for several reasons ... 1) they only offered a one year warranty, 2) he bad mouthed other well known brands, implying they were "made offshore". But when he said there was a 2-3 month delay until his wheels hit the dock in Ca. he then admitted theirs were also made in China, 3) their "limited edition" approach concerned me if they were only making 200 sets of a style and needed a replacement for a damaged rim down the road you could not get it, or have to wait a long time for a special 1-off build, 4) I have seen other brand rims that look to be almost if not exactly identical leading me to believe they are just purchasing/rebranding existing designs from their Chinese supplier. Love my BC Forged decision.
Hey Bob thanks for the feedback. I think there have been some significant updates since they had started the company. I know they will make a replacement wheel even if the design is retired for those with damaged wheels since the design is always saved for those cases and I believe it says on the website too. Im not aware of long waits aside from the typical 2 to 2 and half months it takes in general nowadays since these are made to order. I know a year ago when I had ordered it took 4 months but that was middle of Pandemic times. Everything was delayed that came from offshore. As for other wheels looking like other brands, I didnt really notice anything but then again my priorities were value for what you get and overall strong construction. In the end I think everyone wins with a larger variety of options available for the C8 especially 😎. Glad your happy with your choice!
One thing to note is that l/AEROLARRI never bad mouth other brands. That’s a general rule that’s important to me. I am able to tell the truth about the wheel industry in general for the purpose of explaining how we’re able to make them for such low cost. And every customer must know that they are made in China so they can understand the shipping journey. All of this is on the website too. Check out the blue links like this one below which discusses general industry misconceptions and the fact that all XYZ Forged wheels are made overseas. So it’s not possible to admit to a secret which is not a secret lol. Also I have many examples of how I design the wheels side by side with the customer who commissioned a new style. Hey Rod. So the wheels were initially installed prior to lowering but in this video, in particular, i had already lowered the car by the z51 limits only. Some of my earlier videos though, for example the channel launch video, showed the wheels installed before I lowered the car.

Id have to get back to you on exact weights since id have to take the wheels off to see exactly, but at least weight difference will be just under 20lb lighter for the entire set vs OEM wheels (minus alittle bit of difference for a slightly larger tire size and more rubber all together vs OEMs)
Thanks for the comment Jamar! I would recommend the same tire size for the front (255/30/20) but go with the 325/25/21 for the rears. That will give you good clearance without lowering.
1 more thing I'm thinking of getting the Aerolarri Warhawks matte black, but after seeing yours I'm starting to change my mind. Do you have the bronze matte, polished, brushed, or satin? My C8 is the amplify orange as well with tan leather I thought bronze rims would be dope can you share more pics so I can get an idea Thanks
Hey Jamar. So my wheels have a custom powder coat on it that is a ultra root beer color. Its very close to the bronze mist matt color that you can get from Aerolarri directly though
Thanks! I am not getting any tire rub with my current fitting but will caviat that I have my c8 lowered to the lowest setting on the z51 suspension which helps clearance especially on the rear. If your running stock height, id recommend the 325/25/21 for rears and 255/30/20 for front so you wont run into any issues for sure.

They are lighter for sure. I forget off the top of my head and i think i mentioned it in the video its by a few lb per wheel
