You are quite the capable car enthusiast! As a brand new z06 owner I look forward to your videos to get ideas about what I wanna do.
Thanks bud!
The overall appearance of the car is fantastic. Very tasteful mods without being overly modded. Way to go on making your vehicle your own.
Thanks! I really appreciate you saying that! 😎👍
That wing looks AMAZING. Especially with the holes being covered! GREAT FIND and that eing is just about impossible to buy from Chevy! 😊
Thanks bud!
That looks awesome!!!!
Thanks! It was a huge transformation!
give the car a much more aggressive look. One hell of an install job 👍 . cant wait to see what you do next
Thanks bud! Yeah im loving how its coming all along!
Wow dude I was just hoping to find something like this for my zo6 thanks big brother
Glad it could help! 😎👍
Really good job love it 🎉 I have a GM OEM high wing that I installed we actually replaced the oem bumper cover
Awesome job!! Looks great!! Need you when I change my spoiler out on the c!😮😅
I chuckle at some of the negative comments on here. He's not doing it for your personal taste, his wing modification is for him and him only.
Looks are totally subjective and if you don't like it no one really cares. Here's a comment you probably don't care either but if you don't have anything good to say about someone else's car then simply have a coke and read a comic book.
Appreciate the support man! 👍
I have the hardest time with the quality from EOS! Have bought 2 items from them before and ended up returning both because the fitment was crap! I could see your pain trying to install this wing. I’m buying the RSC wing.
I can understand frustrations with fitment. If its worth anything, when needed I'm providing constructive feedback to the EOS team directly on their products I install on my C8 so it improves future customers experience and they do take it to heart and implement it (although takes some times from a manufacturing point of view). Regardless your correct though, it should be right to begin with and be reasonable fitment installationwise. RSC is a great product too.
Anyway you can capture the wing oscillation on camera? Really the biggest concern I have with these wings.
Hey tom thanks for commenting. Ill try and capture it in a future video. It was something I know is a point of contention but didnt have the right video capture setup at the time.
i have the same wing but cant get the wing top brackets to line up properly.. what did you do in order to achieve the correct line up of the wing?
Hey James. So it took a bit of "motivation" to get things lined up for sure but i will say what helped was using some allen hex keys that were slightly smaller than the diameter of the holes to help act as pins to get the holes lined up as you pushed it into place. Start with one hole though that you have most reasonably lined up and get the main screw threaded in some part of the way, and then work the other holes. Big thing though is I did a "loose alignment" first where not only was the top strut section bolts loose but main support bracket was slightly loose as well. It helped find me more room to get things better lined up afterwards to do the final mounting install with everything tightened down(which still required quite a bit of "Motivation"). It took effort and patience even for me so take your time with it. Hope that helps. 👍
I have a question not related to this video but your previous, I want to get like your ceiling garage LED lights, do you know who can install them? I'm in Frisco and second question, lol, I purchased the Paragon lowering collars that will drop 3/4", do you know any good C8 shop in the DFW area? Thank you and love your videos, I'm the guy with the White 70th Anniversary Z06/07 that we spoke at the Vette takeover at Corvette Warehouse this past summer. 🙂
Hey bud! Yeah i remember us talking! 😊 sorry i had meant to get to your other message and got wayy wayy side track. So the actual hex lights you can get from amazon here. amzn.to/4gR47tu
As for a company that could do the work, its honestly not too difficult of a job and is a good DIY. It just takes some time to get it all set up. If your set though to have a team worj through it, id recommend either just a local handyman or electrician company to come out and do the work. If you need a starting place, the electricians from toptech electric and plumbing im sure can do the work. www.calltoptech.com/ they added plugs to my garage and were very professional. Hope that helps and looking forward to running into you sometime when this weather warms up again!
@ no worries, I know your busy, thank you so much for your help. Your a awesome guy and that’s why a follow you, very knowledgeable, passionate and patient, was hoping to pay you to do it since I also looking for a shop to lower my Z06, I already have the Paragon lowering collars. In case you change your mind , let me know 😀👍🏼
Not a fan of the bottom part of that wing. Why not just get it re-wrapped to cover the holes, or do you have to have that for stability?
That’s a hard pass on that additional piece for the wing. Just the original z07 wing was perfect.
I tried to get the hole cover for my zo6 but for some reason EOS wont let me get it for my z06. SMH ...I have emailed and emailed .
Why not buy the car with the oem Z07 aero pack or the Z07 package?
Car did not have it equipped from the factory when I purchased it and it would be a pretty expensive option thats easily triple the amount of cost compared to this aftermarket version 😎👍
Wing only will imbalance aero. You should add nose splitter from Z07 too.
I have the front splitter and canards that would traditionally go with the Z07 package as well.
Well, your stuck with it now lol. Not a fan but to each his own, just a little too boy racer for me
Thats fair I know its not everyones look. Funny enough the way the cutouts were, i can technically put the old low spoiler and those cutouts would be covered. So hey 🤷♂️ might play with showing it can be reversed.
Your car is getting more and more gaudy with each video. Time to slow it down. Less is more.
