Yep. Well done! I've been tinkering around trying to do exactly this, without the results I desired. I'm going to try it again with this method, which seems very straight forward. Thanks Upgraded RC for providing such a detailed and necessary tune.

Very good video. I read through the adjustments in the traxxas manual as well, (page 26 for a #5603) but my right servo did not end up at the 7 degree offset, for some reason it was off a bit more. The 31.7mm on the steering turnbuckles was good to start, but they did not end up at that measurement after adjustment. It would have been nice to see your steering turnbuckle measurement after as well. I liked your comment on the turnbuckle wrench! I could not find one in the traxxas tool kit either, I think it is a 6mm since I have a 5mm and a 7mm, I ended up using a very small adjustable. I also used the Traxxas rod end tool which helps a lot!

Thank you for this video as well, it helped me replace my servo correctly!
Dude it would be fun to meet up and drive sometime. Next winter lets go up to powderhorn and sneak in the terrain park after 4pm. And lets get video footage of erevo over the large fetures.

U need a 4 mm wrench out of an ignition wrench set. I used the one out of my grandfather old craftsman ignition wrench pouch. It's got all sorts of smaller size wrenches than your standard wrench set has in it cause a normal set stops at like 5.5 mm and that's way too big for it

Connect one side only. Drive the car to make sure it's going straight, then connect & adjust the 2nd side. Much easier in my opinion.

My first thoughts are AVC (Active Vehicle Control) or TSM (Traxxas Stabilization Management). If that is on, Turn it off.

Irritating that there is no wrench for these. It would be much easier to adjust. I’ve purchased a mini wrench set and it even has 1/2 sizes and no luck. It is somewhere between a 4.5mm and a 5mm. Sometimes a 5 will catch but any resistance and it slips. I have the 5mm Traxxas wrench that is too small I’m going to try and file it a bit and see if it will work.
