- A 20-Minute dumbbell Intensive Workout for your entire body. Jon Wheeldin, leads you through a Flexoraro EMOM workout. An EMOM workout, or "every minute on the minute" workout, is a type of interval training that involves completing a set number of repetitions of an exercise within one minute. The remaining time in the minute is used to rest before moving on to the next set. EMOM workouts are often considered high-intensity interval training (HIIT) because they alternate between short rest periods and bursts of intense work.
