What are the benefits of training agility? Agility training improves your body's ability to work as a unit, especially during dynamic movement. It helps you improve your hand-eye coordination and your ability to stop and start quickly. Agility training can help you improve your balance, flexibility, and body control, which can help reduce the risk of falls and, consequently, injuries. Agility training builds strength in your muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons, and nerves. This can help your body recover from high-impact workouts more quickly.
What is the difference between endurance and stamina?     How stupid can you be? You take up more dumbells in the gym and are obstructed from going down because of dumbells in the back, preventing a proper rep. Have you not heard of, oh I don't know, just rotating the dumbbell for different grips? 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
