Full Body Strength, Agility & Stamina Workout | 25-MIN
A 25-Minute dumbbell Workout for your entire body. Certified Personal Trainer, Kate Cardle, leads you through a Flexoraro workout.
What are the benefits of training agility? Agility training improves your body's ability to work as a unit, especially during dynamic movement. It helps you improve your hand-eye coordination and your ability to stop and start quickly. Agility training can help you improve your balance, flexibility, and body control, which can help reduce the risk of falls and, consequently, injuries. Agility training builds strength in your muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons, and nerves. This can help your body recover from high-impact workouts more quickly.
What is the difference between endurance and stamina? Endurance refers to the ability to sustain an activity for a prolonged period at a moderate intensity, while stamina focuses on performing at maximum capacity for a shorter duration. This workout will improve your stamina and strength through a total body dumbbell routine.
When you realize just how much weight training exercise can do for your health, you may want to do some right now. There are very few activities you can do for a short period of time that have this many benefits.
Some of the known benefits of cardio include:

How stupid can you be? You take up more dumbells in the gym and are obstructed from going down because of dumbells in the back, preventing a proper rep. Have you not heard of, oh I don't know, just rotating the dumbbell for different grips? 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
