Question. If you take 20mm from your rail. Shouldn't you add it back to the opposite side? The rail wouldn't be as strong now? Have you thought about mandrel bent rails? I was taught if you take a portion e.g your rail away you should add it back to the opposite side where possible.
Hi . Am enjoying videos. Sorry you have probably already said, but just wondering if the tubbed hz is going the be a street car , if so what about engineering requirements, and what state well it be registered in.
thanks for the videos very detailed, sorry to ask same question about engineering as what state are you in?and have you engineered one before with rails modified
Best video on the net great insight on "how to do" wheeltubs can't wait to see it finished !!
Looking shmick mate. You're not mucking around . That's a whole lotta unpicking.
Nice work taking us along for the journey.
Thank you. I’ve been pumping the hours into it while I can. I’ve already been stuck into some pretty big repairs since that lot of filming
Your the first bloke I've seen on TH-cam to use a angle grinder the correct way. Looking forward to the next episode. Doing a great job. 👍
I had to rewatch my video to see what the right way was 🤣

It’ll be just as strong if not stronger after it’s reinforced.
Next weeks video will answer your question.

Most states should pass them if they’re done properly.
Hey mate if you still have them would you be interested in selling the old right hand wheel tub
I still have them but I’m not interested in selling them sorry
