hello. The following happens to me. The air conditioning control panel sometimes turns on and sometimes does not turn on. Sometimes if I hold down the Auto button for a few minutes it turns on, but once I release it it turns off. When the air turns on it works quite well, although it doesn't cool like before. They told me it was problems with the sensor, but I haven't found anyone with this problem. I tried another panel from another vehicle working with the same result. any suggestions?
Your solution is the best…. I moved the whole front panel , carefully disconnected the air bag first… a lot of work. Congrats…
Thanks for the video it was a lot of help
Is that a over pass so it will stay on all the time now
you should have showed exactly what wires lol, theres mulitple purple and yellow wires
Do you know which wires on 2009 ford fusion? Im trying to just drill a hole in airbox behind glovebox and relocate the temp sensor

How can I locate the sensor to be able to make the change?
In order to change the sensor, you have to go through the dashboard. Its a real pain to do that job just for a sensor. So i showed this alternative.
So you leave the old sensor and hot wire a new one?? Am I understanding this correctly??
@@BamaScarface I was wondering the same thing.
I seen a guy take the windshield out and use some long needle nose pliers.
Its from the 3rd and 4th wire from the top row left side
Works for 2006 Ford 500 too.
