Your pick ups are just unbelievable the editions you get just woooow. They are the best you can get .thanks so much for showing them to us always look forward to them
@Savannah Mcgransee Haha I've never won the lottery, nor am I a bullshitter - I've never said what I do for a living because at the end of the day it's none of your business. I've been very open about working a normal job and not having children, hence the disposable income. If you don't believe that then that's your problem. If you think I'm a liar you can simply jog on.
Savannah Mcgransee if you don't like his content and see it in your feed then why are you clicking on the videos? you sound jealous and unhappy with your life. there's lots of channels like this, why is this one considered so bad for you? he doesn't deserve the hate you've aimed at him. he's simply sharing his love for movies and collecting them. just like your sharing how much you are a bitch!
Thanks mate. I appreciate you spending the time watching. The door is all painted blue but I didn't like how the Police Box writing came out. I'm going to get a professional sign maker to make one I can glue to the door so it looks more fancy. It's a slow process but should look good when finished. Cheers 👍
Awesome video! You pick up the coolest looking stuff! I got excited to see Black Moon Rising in your new pile! This is one of my favorite movies from my teenage years. A very cool heist and car movie. Definitely presages the fast and furious series. Fast and furious 7 actually cribbed a major stunt sequence from this movie! And you cant go wrong with Tommy Lee Jones and Linda Hamilton! Keep up the good work brother! Take care!!
Thanks David. Really looking forward to watching Black Moon Rising. Big fan of early John Carpenter so when I found out he wrote it I was so happy Arrow Video released it. Had no idea it was even a heist / car chase movie either so I'm looking forward to it even more now! Thanks bud.
Best Collection & Display I've ever seen lol Can't get over it. A lot of great pickups in this video. Always a massive fan of Everything...EverythingBlu, and I love those Wooden Sets. I'll have to look into that.
Great to see another video!!! As I commented in a previous videos fo yours, I hope you keep uploading! One of the few channels onTH-cam that it's worth watching!!
I've just stumbled across your channel and I'm pleased to hear that you give your thoughts on not just the packaging but the content of the disc as I feel to many people just show off what they get when to me it's equally if not more important to talk about the film or tv show as after all the disc content is what's most important.
You're welcome dude. JB has always been a great place to pick up movies. They have regular 20% off weekends too and it's valid with all their current sales too 👍
Worked out great, as I caught their 'Buy Two TV Shows, Get One Free'. So I was after Robot Chicken 8 & 9, and got the DC Comic Specials 1,2, and 3 set thrown in for free! Don't get deals like that on Amazon! LOL
Most if not all of these editions will be worth a boatload in 20 years, I’ve been collecting for 10 years (after college is when I started), this stuff is a great investment, but you gotta have a lot of disposable income to achieve this kind of collection. Kudos to you man, you are already sitting on a gold mine.
Nice collection room! That Jumanji lenticular is amazing. I also like the Suspiria box, although I need to watch the new version. The original is amazing, regardless. As far as westerns, maybe you should consider the Italo Westerns. Amazing genre to check out. Thanks for sharing with us.
🤣 Haha thanks Brendon. Mr Mathews and his Cartel connections are pretty hard to beat. He's got the best Special Labels collection out of anyone I know. Such a great bloke too.
Bravo on steadying the camera. Great month. Like others it's a blast to watch you vids. I'm inspired to collect more. Got the On filmaniacs box of Dusk Till Dawn Set on the way.
Thanks bud. Yeah the tripod works so much better. Man, that From Dusk Till Dawn box is an absolute beauty. Both the pink and the red slips look insane - the detailing is beautiful. Good score on that one dude. Thanks for watching mate, cheers!
Always excited to see a new video of yours pop up in my feed. Thanks for sharing, some nice editions. I love lenticulars, and that Jumanji one looks beautiful.
Hi, thanks for tuning in again and for the awesome comment. Lenticulars are the best. It's like the covers move when walking around the room. I love the effect and Jumanji is gorgeous. Cheers.
42:40 After seeing that SOA model on display......yeah, it was WELL worth the unboxing. Great haul....gonna be fun to see you do another full collection walk-thru tour !
Always looking forward to your monthly pick ups video! It's becoming a ritual: step 1: brew a fresh cup of coffee step 2: sit down and enjoy cool movies in great packaging for almost an hour
Awesome pickups. I definitely need to get King Kong (2005) on 4K. Absolutely loved that movie. Your collection is awesome. Ive slowed down on physical media in the past few years. Im only buying titles in 4K UHD format now.
Damn man! Scoring those Asian films for $1 each is an absolute steal!! I am a huge collector of them as its my favorite genre of films. I am going for a complete Eastern Eye set myself and a Wu Xing, Fan Asia, Hong Kong Legends among others as well haha. Slowly but surely getting there. I have a pretty big Eastern Eye collection but have no idea how many are out there, I couldnt find a full list of releases. anywho... loving the channel mate, keep up the vids and thanks for showing of your collection.
Oh man, simply amazing.. That Bruce Lee... What I don't get is how everything arrives to your home in pristine condition, I mean nobody is that lucky. I live in Barcelona, Catalunya, and sadly can't buy from amazon.com no more. Since they stopped using boxes and change it to envelopes, almost everything gets damaged in transit, a real shame when you buy limited and very expensive editions. Well, cheers and I hope you never run out of space (but at your buying rate , I don't know man, I just don't know).
Thanks man. I don't get any deliveries sent to my home - I get everything delivered to my work and have regular postie drivers so because everything is labelled with a business address it may get treated better in transit? Either way yeah, I'm very lucky with my deliveries. One collector I speak to in Adelaide is forever getting things arrived damaged which sucks.
Thanks mate! I'm with Media Psychos currently, and there was talk of a special release for A.I. I'd be interested in. Do I have to send them money beforehand? That bit I'm not up on. And something I saw said even money given may not secure the item? Has to be an easier way than that I hope?
@@DungeonStudio A.I would be a great one to receive the premium treatment. Such an underrated Spielberg in my opinion. I often use Media Psychos for my BluFans editions. They don't ask for payment up front. They invoice out in stages via PP Goods and Services. Often when the item is ready for dispatch from the company, and then a second invoice for shipping if you are getting it sent to a hub first. With Media Psychos you have to get your name down on the GB list pretty early otherwise you run the risk of missing out. The GB preorder list is usually live as soon as an edition is announced but way before the artworks are revealed - so basically you're blind buying by getting your name down early. As far as giving them money and still not guaranteed the item... I think that's referring to their Loyalty scheme on Media Psychos. You can pay for premium membership - different amounts give you a different level... there's Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Psycho levels and I believe allocations on Group Buys are favoured towards the premium membership holders. Although, even they are not guaranteed an edition if there isn't enough allocated to Media Psychos. Hi Def Ninja do it a little differently. They specify a time the Group Buys will go live and you have to be online when it goes live and hope your internet speed is fast enough to beat everyone else at the moment it goes live - if you do manage to get through to the checkout stage, they take full payment there and then. I've been involved in a few on Hi Def Ninja where a single minute has gone by after the group buys have gone live and they've already sold out, with members venting their frustration out on the threads for having missed out. It's a cut throat method and if there's an edition highly sought after and not enough stock, it often ends in tears for some. Collecting Premiums can be real stressful at times due to their ultra low limited releases but they're mostly worth it when you get one in hand. Cheers.
Thanks so much for the breakdown of it all! Don't know if it's simpler or more complicated now? LOL But the hunt is fun either way. I noticed that WCL had a supreme 4 disc release of 2001: A Space Odyssey. Did you happen to get that? Think I might breakdown and score Plain Archives Ernest & Celestine. Truly an unsung animated gem that PA really honors! As for movies like Kick Ass and The Incredibles, I can do without those. Mind you, when Her first came out I thought 'what a goofy movie by the sound and look of it' Then when I saw it, I loved it so much I wish I got the Kimchi 1 Clck edition! So who knows if I ever see Kick Ass, maybe I'll break the bank for it too. LOL Thanks again mate! 😀
Thanks for watching. I should probably dust more often than I do but that's why I have a dimmer switch. The dustier it gets, the lower I have the lights... out of sight out of mind 😂
For me....the Leprechaun Collection is complete :D you should make a great Finish when your on the Top and how far up can you go in Space :D okay, and into the hood 1 &2 are really really bad.... I dont miss them at all and i love the big box ^^
Hey Adrian, Australians getting shafted again, this time on HK Legend titles 😒. I'm very lucky - Roshan raided his local Cashies for all the ones he could find 😁. I watched early John Woo's Hand of Death and The Last Hurrah for Chivalry the other night. 2 very cool movies with some amazing fight choreography. Loved them both 👍
I started collecting about 6 years ago; collecting blu rays/cheap dvds. Im currently 21 and have amassed near 400 blu rays and over 100 dvds (im a tadpol in comparison). My goal is to start collecting special editons, busts, cool boxsets etc.. Any advice?
Love seeing your videos & impressive collection. I was thinking about when you were saying that there's history behind Texas chain saw massacre 3 - Would you ever consider doing a video about this or other films please? as I find that fascinating & you telling us. Thanks alot & best wishes.
Thanks for saying that dude. Means a lot to think you'd like to listen to me rattle on about movies 😂. I wish I had the time to sit down and film reviews or behind the scenes stuff and if I was making money from the channel I'd probably be filming a lot more content but I just don't have the time, sadly. When I'm not working to afford movies, I'm watching movies and between house work and stuff, it leaves little time to grow the channel unfortunately. I really appreciate you saying you'd like to hear more though, cheers 👍
Cheers bud. When a premium company makes a special release they'll usually make 3 editions - a full slip, a single lenticular and a double lenticular. Some collectors will choose their favourite artwork of the 3 editions and simply buy that one edition. Other collectors like me, if they love the movie, or admire the artwork on all 3 editions, will chose the One Click box set and it basically only takes one click on the website to order the lot. I hope that makes sense 😂. Cheers.
Nice update this month, you must surely be running out of space for new pickups. How long before you either have to move home or build an extension? I've really got into early movies from the 1940s and earlier, do you have any? There some great restoration remasters coming out these days on Blu Ray.
@@2namtaB I love old classic movies too! I have many on dvd and a few on blu ray. Those are good movies. I love Swing Time and all the Fred & Ginger movies. The last great blu ray edition i got was probably Double Indemnity which is one of my all time favourite films!
Yeah gonna need to extend pretty soon. Luckily there's a spare garage that we can convert to expand the room downstairs. As you can probably tell I'm more of a collector of modern American movies from my lifetime but I've enjoyed loads of classics. I love Night of the Hunter and at Uni I studied German Expressionism and Film Noir so I own things like the Cabinet of Dr Caligari, M and Faust, and noir movies like The Maltese Falcon, Double Indemnity and Mildred Pierce. I also have collector's editions of Citizen Kane and Casablanca, and I also love Hitchcock too. I just recently started collection Eureka! titles from the UK too so I'm hoping to discover some old classics I've probably never heard of but are really enjoyable. Cheers.
Hahaha you heard that eh? I forgot it was even on when I started recording 😂. You can grab the Never Ending Story here mate - still available... www.novamnm.com/product/blu-ray-the-neverending-story-full-slip/1558/?cate_no=105&display_group=1
The best collection ever keeps getting bigger and better. It would be great to know more about you. What is your job?(To afford all these films lol ?) What do you plan to do with them when you die in many years time and will you ever run out of room for new ones? Thanks Darrel
Thanks Darrel. Yeah I'm not really one to share personal info with people online. Especially over social media. I have been pretty open about not having children though and that allows me to spend a big portion of my income on my collection. Cheers.
@@darrelking565 No worries mate. Yeah, eventually I'll fill every last bit of shelf space I can and then the plan is to convert one of the spare garages - that'll make the floor plan down their bigger and open up another 3 aisles I reckon. There is a set I've been chasing for years but it's so rare to see it under $1000 AUD and anything over that get's hit was massive import tax so I've been waiting patiently for one to come a long at a good price. It's the Japanese Godzilla Final Box DVD set with model head of the original Godzilla. It looks pretty funny at first but it's modelled on the original Gojira from 1954 and I'd love to add all the movies to the collection. Cheers.
I think you and Cinema Sickness both have the best two collections on here. Yours is better because all the special editions. When I was younger going to the local video store was probably the thing I enjoyed most so I’m going to recreate a video store with dvds and blu rays with a custom built room. I really do enjoy your videos each month so keep them coming. Nice to know other people are as passionate and maybe a little obsessed with collecting as much as I am 🙂🙂🙂 Darrel
A lot of both really. Searching the internet is a big part of it. I also have a lot of other collector friends scattered around the world and we send each other info and links on editions we find. Cheers.
Is there any way to find out where did u get bruce lee blu ray collection collectors edition media book & bust germany my brother would love that box set
Hi. That one I got from Pretz Media in Germany. They don't ship direct to Australia so I had it delivered to one of my friends in Germany who then double boxed it and sent it onto me. It's limited to only 300 worldwide and I think it's all sold out now but there's always eBay if you're lucky to find someone selling one. Cheers.
Another excellent video Mark! Just love watching what latest additions you have. I struggle to find any blu fans except for on ebay, do they have an actual site? P.s i just picked up the Manta Lab First Man edition, looks stunning.😁👍
Thanks Adam. That Manta Lab First Man OC is insane. Like a proper material jacket over the box - mine hasn't arrived yet but I've seen pictures in hand from friends and it looks amazing. Congrats on grabbing that one dude - a real showpiece. Blu Fans are so much harder to get sadly. They do have a website but it's crap. It hasn't been updated for over a year. The only way to secure a Blu Fans is to join a Group Buy on Blu Ray dot com, Media Psychos or Hi Def Ninja. Or run the risk of paying scalp prices on Ebay which I had to do for the Dr Strange Blu Fans OC sadly. Worth it but I wouldn't want to do that every time. Cheers.
@@wilsonianmoviemuseum8420 thanks for the info Mark. Yeah i thought the blu fans site was terrible, thats why i wondered how people were getting them. I will try and join a group, as like you i only pay ebay prices when i REALLY have to🤣. Thanks again for the info Mark, helped me out there bigtime👍
Hey Mark another amazing monthly video, love your collection, hopfully one day i could come see your collection when i go to tassie next. Especially love the alien egg, just wish they used a mediabook instead of the a standard keep case, looks like a mediabook would fit better in the back. btw any news on the lifesize egg?
Thanks Brett. You're welcome anytime dude. BBQ, beers and movies will make for a good Sunday arvo. I contacted Nameless a couple of months back regarding the life size Egg... they said it was in the hands of 20th Century Fox as they were the ones making it, Nameless were just selling it through their site on behalf of Fox. They still had no idea if it was being made so I got a refund and was told I could reorder again if it ever goes ahead. Now the 30cm one has released I doubt they're going to make the big one unfortunately.
Yup. Region free player. I picked up a cheap aussie multi region player from a brand called Laser. It does the job on any US discs I get in. Luckily with 4K being region free, more and more I order play fine on any player. Cheers.
escape room has a better alternate ending imo - i get why they set it up for a franchise and i'm definitely intrigued to see the sequel, but i did like the more self-contained alt ending.
Thanks man! Maybe if I can find some extra time to squeeze them in. Right now, between work and watching movies it doesn't leave much time for anything else.
It's been so long since I've seen it I should give it another go. I've only seen Chronicles and the 3rd Riddick once each as well. Maybe a trilogy one weekend would be cool 👍
I have a question how long does it take you to dust your room, with so many editions it must take a day to just run the duster around! Great Video as always! 😊
I tend it do it when I'm rearranging stuff to fit new editions in so it doesn't feel like a chore. Man, if I had to do the whole room in one go it would take ages 😂
Nope. Definetley don't resell them. In 25 years of collecting i've never sold a single item from my movie collection. I buy the bust editions because they're super limited, look amazing, and I collect them to own the packaging, not the movie.
Black Lightning I haven't seen yet but will pick it up when it goes cheap. I love Gotham and am waiting on the final season to drop here in Australia before smashing that. I think Gotham's biggest strength was focusing on the villains and I for me, it got stronger and better as the series went on. 👍
Your collection is awesome and love your videos. However, I can’t get past these companies that sell box sets of the same movie with different packaging. It’s just such a weird concept and could never imagine buying that. Like why would you want 3 copies of KickAss?
To go along with my other 4 copies of Kick Ass 😂. In all seriousness dude, I get that premium steelbook collecting isn't for everyone and I can see why a lot of people could see it as a waste. If I was happy just owning the movie I'd see it as a waste too. Way back when I collected VHS I'd be drawn in by the artwork and I'd display the nicest editions with the artwork front facing. I've always admired the artwork just as much as owning the movie. I know I'm not the only one otherwise these box sets wouldn't exist. I guess they're for people who love and admire the beauty and appreciate the time that goes into making the packaging and they want to have the best version but can't pick which version to get.
Yeah mate, I really enjoyed it too. I loved how Peter just wanted to have a normal school trip experience and didn't go looking for action. After the Endgame who can blame him. Can't wait to see what editions they come up with for that home release. Cheers.
Your pick ups are just unbelievable the editions you get just woooow. They are the best you can get .thanks so much for showing them to us always look forward to them

Great pick ups!! 👍
Love watching your pickups, but you must have such a well paid job! Haha
Keep them coming man.
You have a AWESOME collection
Always look forward to these updates! Great video as usual, mate!
Thanks bud, and thanks for keep tuning in.
Just found your channel today. Fantastic collection ...easy sub! Looking forward to your future videos!
Thanks for watching and for subbing. Cheers!
Great update again, so many great editions!
Fantastic collection
Amazing haul as always, love seeing all the editions i didn’t even know existed. Keep the vids coming mate
Thanks man, appreciate you keep tuning in, cheers!
Just found your channel. Absolutely love your video, can’t wait to see more. One question though. How often do you dust?
Thanks for watching. I should probably dust more often than I do but that's why I have a dimmer switch. The dustier it gets, the lower I have the lights... out of sight out of mind 😂
Top notch collection would like to see your AV setup.
Hope you keep these videos going mate. Love them
Cheers Ben. Thanks for watching.
Still impressed by your pick ups and also very jealous 😬
For me....the Leprechaun Collection is complete :D you should make a great Finish when your on the Top and how far up can you go in Space :D okay, and into the hood 1 &2 are really really bad.... I dont miss them at all and i love the big box ^^
I'm a big Hong Kong Legends collector, the U.K. released them too but much more then Australia did
Hey Adrian, Australians getting shafted again, this time on HK Legend titles 😒.
Any advice?
You always surprise me wow
@@wilsonianmoviemuseum8420 You are very welcome & I understand completely. Thank you for replying, I really appreciate it. Best wishes.
Thanks the yet another awesome video! Random question , why are they called one click box sets?
You sir, have good taste. :)
@@Decadent36 thanks, I don't buy lots of films, but this month I got Swing Time (1936), Gaslight (1940), Gaslight (1944).
Cheers.
@@wilsonianmoviemuseum8420 nice, I have some of those you mentioned. I enjoyed Dial M For Murder in 3D.
Nice video. Although when your washing machine went off... I thought it was mine lol where can I pick up the never ending story.
Hahaha you heard that eh? I forgot it was even on when I started recording 😂. You can grab the Never Ending Story here mate - still available... www.novamnm.com/product/blu-ray-the-neverending-story-full-slip/1558/?cate_no=105&display_group=1
Never-ending story isn't available in the US? DVD? I would think that someone would be making it on blue ray?
Yeah I think it got a 30th Anniversary release back in 2014 on Blu in the US. Might be out of print now though? Might be worth checking Amazon 👍
Can you do Your July Update?
The best collection ever keeps getting bigger and better.
It would be great to know more about you. What is your job?(To afford all these films lol ?)
What do you plan to do with them when you die in many years time and will you ever run out of room for new ones?
Thanks
Darrel
Thanks Darrel. Yeah I'm not really one to share personal info with people online. Especially over social media. I have been pretty open about not having children though and that allows me to spend a big portion of my income on my collection. Cheers.
Wilsonian Movie Museum
Thanks for replying, do you think you will ever run out of room?
Wilsonian Movie Museum
Are their any titles you haven’t got that you really want. Anymore holy Grails?
Nice to know other people are as passionate and maybe a little obsessed with collecting as much as I am 🙂🙂🙂
Darrel
12:00 I found "The World's End" to be much better the second time too
Keep collecting I hope I turn out like you one day
I can recommend the „Terraformars“ Comic which the film is based on.
.
So how do you find all those special editions ? Just on the internet? Or do you know People who you get them from ? Love your vids
Do you collect any documentary videos like Europa: The Last Battle?
do you have new kids turbo in your movie collection? one of the best movies ever !
Just curious since you have movies from all over the world do you know of a good way of watching other region Blu-ray’s?
Region free player.
Yup. Region free player. I picked up a cheap aussie multi region player from a brand called Laser. It does the job on any US discs I get in. Luckily with 4K being region free, more and more I order play fine on any player. Cheers.
@Wilsonian Movie Museum How do you keep this collection dust and cob web free.
Hong Kong cinema the best. Watch Iron Monkey and SPL then get your hands on Saviour of the Soul’ for some live action manga delight!
escape room has a better alternate ending imo - i get why they set it up for a franchise and i'm definitely intrigued to see the sequel, but i did like the more self-contained alt ending.
Thanks for the tip. I didn't watch any of the special features but now I'm intrigued. I'll put the disc back in check it out. Cheers 👍
Awesome stuff mate! As always :P
Thanks bud.
it would be great to hear you do movie reviews.
Thanks man! Maybe if I can find some extra time to squeeze them in. Right now, between work and watching movies it doesn't leave much time for anything else.
have you watched Lifeforce (1985)? Really a underrated Sci-Fi Horror Flick!
I have mate - I've got it as part of the Arrow Video collection. One of Tobe Hooper's best.
You should an acrylic stand
Pitch Black is an awesome movie though.
It's been so long since I've seen it I should give it another go. I've only seen Chronicles and the 3rd Riddick once each as well. Maybe a trilogy one weekend would be cool 👍
sorry. had to be the 421st "like". 420 looked so good haha
hey, does anybody know if and when I can find a physical copy of the netflix show "the spy" would love to own it on dvd or blu ray?
How much is your collection worth?
where did you get the cornetto trilogy packs
www.everythingblustore.com
How can you afford this? I barely buy a movie like every 3 months lol
I'm a Gigolo and I'm very good at my job.
why do people always ask this? He has a job.
What does it matter to you? Obviously he has the funds to afford this unreal collection
@@wilsonianmoviemuseum8420 you live in a basement with your mum more like😂Just joking!
Nice sets but way too expensive for me.
Why buy the "Bust edition" of movies you have never seen? Do you resell them?
Nope. Definetley don't resell them. In 25 years of collecting i've never sold a single item from my movie collection. I buy the bust editions because they're super limited, look amazing, and I collect them to own the packaging, not the movie.
@@wilsonianmoviemuseum8420 makes sense
do you also watch the black lightning tv show? and gotham?
Black Lightning I haven't seen yet but will pick it up when it goes cheap. I love Gotham and am waiting on the final season to drop here in Australia before smashing that. I think Gotham's biggest strength was focusing on the villains and I for me, it got stronger and better as the series went on. 👍
@@wilsonianmoviemuseum8420 the focus on the villains and their buildup was definitely the right way to go for gotham
I wish I had more likes to give!
Thank you 👍
Your collection is awesome and love your videos.
He wants 3 copys incase he wants to watch it again.......😂sorry had to do a my blue heaven joke.
"Very cool"
please please make more videos!
Hi man just saw far from home its a great ads movie did you see it I loved the shit out of it
Yeah mate, I really enjoyed it too. I loved how Peter just wanted to have a normal school trip experience and didn't go looking for action. After the Endgame who can blame him. Can't wait to see what editions they come up with for that home release. Cheers.
