Awesome collection. You really appreciate these movies rather than just collecting for the sake of it. Even when they aren't great movies, you seem to focus more on what is good about them and that's a great approach to have. "Motel Hell" (1980) is a hidden gem which might be worth adding to your collection!

Ooh man, you really should check out "Bloodline"(2018) with Seann William Scott. He does a phenomenal job in that film. I mean he really stole the show. It's a thriller / horror kind of film, however you put it, but it's a damn great film. I would def recommend.

Just finished watching this from beginning to end without stopping. I'm a horror fan, but I don't watch a lot of it. Kind of confusing, but nonetheless I saw a lot of films in this video that caught my eye, so thanks for the exposure. Also have my own Blu Ray TH-cam channel, so check it out if you ever get a chance. Oh, and at least I'm not the only one who mentions the ending of The Mist, whenever that movie gets brought up. I definitely needa grow my horror collection same with my movies / Blu-ray’s in general I need to grow! I would grow mine but currently I’m saving up to move out of state. However once I get finically situated after I’ve moved out of state... my collection will grow MASSIVELY!!

I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels "Shawn Of The Dead" isn't that great. The movie "Jeckyll And Hyde Together Again" is a great comedy. Loved it as a kid. Jeckyll turns into Hyde with experimental cocaine. Another comedy horror movie that came out during that time you need to get is "Pandemonium." It has an all star cast. Another movie you need to hunt down is the super underrated 80s vampire comedy movie "Vamp" starring Grace Jones. Nobody talks about it and it deserves to be with films like "The Lost Boys" and "Fright Night". Quentin Tarantino pretty much ripped the story off with "From Dusk Till Dawn." I was surprised you didn't have either version of "Suspiria." The 2018 version is the best remake of a horror movie and is more of an expanded edition of the original with it being 2.5 hours long.
As far as I know, it's standard to do reverse spines for German editions. My 2 German DVD's both have spines 'upside down'. So do any I've seen in collection videos.

We have very different taste in horror films (I have some of the same ones in my collection). But I appreciate seeing others keeping physical media alive. Streaming just doesn't do it for me the way discs do. I like having a tangible film collection. Same things with books. Can't beat being able to turn a paper page.

I totally understand! I started collecting in the blu ray era, so never did have to upgrade much. Now I’m just going through the mental debate on what to update from blu ray to 4K.
Great collection, don't agree with you on The Babadook but that is just a difference of opinions😋 About the german spines of (4k)Blu rays and DVDs. It depends on the distributor.... Warner, Paramount, Sony, Fox they all have the spine right. Universal's spines, however, are inverted as well as some of the smaller distributors, especially german ones (such as Concorde). Spanish blu ray spines are generally inverted (with minor exceptions).
Great collection! I disagree with you on Cujo but to each his own. Also I think you would enjoy the remake of When a Strangers Calls it’s everything you wish the original was. Agree with you on wish upon. Plus, have you seen Sleepy Hollow the movie?

About the german spines of (4k)Blu rays and DVDs. It depends on the distributor.... Warner, Paramount, Sony, Fox they all have the spine right. Universal's spines, however, are inverted as well as some of the smaller distributors, especially german ones (such as Concorde). Spanish blu ray spines are generally inverted (with minor exceptions).
