    Thanks for these very practical videos! How important is it to hold the camera on the selfie stick in a level plane over the bed? Should I take extra measures to assure that my camera is exactly parallel to the plane of measurement or is estimating good enough? It is a lot of extra work if it doesn't introduce much error.

    it's possible measures of area of color image ? Or its only for pictures transformed in "8 bits" ? My image dont have white background, because of my experiment. Can someone help me ?

      Unfortunately, area measurements can be performed only after images are converted from color to binary (black & white). If there is sufficient contrast between the object of interest and background, this method can remove the background. After that, you can convert the image to binary and perform the measurement.
