ImageJ Tutorial 4 - Manual and Automatic Counting Techniques for Horticultural Research

This is the fourth in our lab's series of ImageJ Tutorials! In this tutorial, we will show how to perform manual and automatic count measurements.
In this video we:
1 - 0:50 - Count germinated seed
2 - 5:40 - Count flowers and fruits
3 - 8:35 - Count leaves and measure their areas
4 - 12:53 - Count seed

Sir will you help me for some image processing, related to trichome (hair like structure on leaf) counting ? I am trying but not getting proper results.
