    Amazing!!!
    The pro's for me are:
    - no eggs (what??how?!)
    - carrots in pastry
    - Aside from the sugar, everything is healthy!!

    I tried this yesterday and it is DELICIOUS!!! So so light and refreshing. It's not greasy ans it's not dry. So so easy to make and i actually ended up with 10 smallish cupcakes (cuz i didn't have a muffin tray). Mine baked for about 27 minutes. I think i ground my almonds a bit too fine, and so it was a bit more moist than it should be, but still amazing!! I highly recommend it to everyone. There are only 3 pieces left now!     oh mio dio, non mi piace affatto ma lo adoro così tanto aspetto e gusto sono sicuro fuori dal mondo. lo farò questo fine settimana. ho appena fatto i myggins vegani alla banana e all'arancia 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 belli proprio come te signora.

    Thanks alot...if i want to make it all with just almond flour..kan i do that?..becouse i am gluten fri..

      Hi Iman! I have never made them with only almond flour. Unfortunely, I believe that the result won't be the same. I rather suggest you to substitute the all purpose flour with gluten free oat flour. I hope it helps ☺️
